    摘要: A system, such as a gateway, is provided for use with a first access point device and a second access point device to scan channels within a spectrum of channels. The system includes; a delegating component that is operable to instruct the first access point device to monitor for a presence of a signal on any one of a first set of channels within a spectrum of channels and to instruct the second access point device to monitor for a presence of a signal on any one of a second set of channels within a spectrum of channels; a communication component operable to receive a channel-in-use signal from the first access point device and to transmit a notification signal to the second access point device based on the channel-in-use signal, the channel-in-use signal being associated with an in-use channel of the first set of channels within the spectrum of channels, the communication component is additionally operable to transmit the instruction to the first access point device and the second access point device, the communication component is further operable to receive a communication signal from one of the first access point device and the second access point device as a result of the transmission of the instruction; and a load balancing component operable to determine a communication volume on each of the first set of channels within the spectrum of channels, and to generate an instruction to instruct the first access point device and the second access point device to not use the in-use channel.

    摘要: The present disclosure is directed to migrating network traffic from a licensed spectrum to an unlicensed spectrum within the same radio access technology (RAT). In one aspect, a method includes identifying a user device connected to a cellular wireless access technology, over a licensed spectrum; determining whether a condition for switching network traffic associated with the user device to an unlicensed spectrum is triggered; in response to determining that the condition is triggered, determining an unlicensed spectrum to move the network traffic to, the unlicensed spectrum being within a same cell as the licensed spectrum or in a different cell compared to a cell in which the licensed spectrum is; and migrating at least a portion of the network traffic to the unlicensed spectrum while maintaining network connectivity of the user device over the cellular wireless access technology.

    摘要: Embodiments are directed to an ENDC simulation server for testing a node in a wireless communication network. A processor of the ENDC simulation server includes a simulated VDU connected to a VCU to be tested and a simulated NRDU connected to a NGCU to be tested. The processor includes a test controller connected to simulated UEs configured to receive testing profile associated with the ENDC simulation server and a MUCE configured to generate a multiple simulated UEs and a first traffic generator to generate a traffic profile based on the testing profile. The simulated VDU includes an LTE DU simulator to generate simulated LTE DUs based on the testing profile and a second traffic generator to generate a traffic profile based on the testing profile. The simulated NRDU includes a 5G DU simulator to generate simulated 5G DUs based on the testing profile.

    摘要: The described technology is generally directed towards adaptive spectrum as a service, in which spectrum can be dynamically allocated to adapt to demand for wireless capacity. The demand for wireless capacity can be based on monitoring system state, and/or proactively predicted based on other system state such as time of day. Reallocated spectrum can be monitored for performance, to converge spectrum allocation to a more optimal state. Allocated spectrum can be relocated, increased or decreased, including by the use of citizens band radio service spectrum or other spectrum. Currently allocated spectrum can be adapted into modified allocated spectrum by an application program (xApp) coupled to a radio access network intelligent controller (RIC), a citizens broadband radio service device, a domain proxy service, and/or a user device.

    摘要: A mechanism for adjusting the data rate of data to be transmitted over a data channel based on anticipated changes in the communication channel, rather than based on the current state of the communication channel. This is done by accessing real time environment context data obtained from sensor data generated by one or more sensors of a sensor device, and then predicting a future capacity of a communication channel with a subject head-mounted device based on the accessed real time environment context data. The appropriate data rate is then determined based on this predicted future channel capacity rather than the current channel capacity. The data rate of data that is initiated towards the communication channel is then adjusted based on the determined data rate in anticipation of the predicted future capacity of the communication channel.
