    摘要: In an embodiment a fire extinguishing system includes a plurality of fire extinguishing injectors filled with fire extinguishing chemicals, the fire extinguishing injectors configured to be installed in a vehicle to be able to inject the fire extinguishing chemical to a tire and a fire detection line installed to connect between the plurality of fire extinguishing injectors, wherein each of the fire extinguishing injectors comprises a pressure generator in which a pressure generation chemical is installed and a tank is filled with the fire extinguishing chemical, the tank having a plurality of injection holes, wherein the fire detection line is connected to each pressure generator to generate injection pressure due to the pressure generation chemical when a fire is detected through the fire detection line, and wherein each tank is coupled to the pressure generator to allow the fire extinguishing chemical in the tank to be injected through the injection holes due to action of the injection pressure generated by the pressure generator.

    摘要: There is provided a sprinkler device, comprising: a sprinkler bulb 100 comprising a sealed frangible housing 110, and a passive circuit device 120 within the housing 110, wherein the passive circuit device 120 comprises a wireless module 160; and a base station 200 configured to detect pressure changes inside the sprinkler bulb 110 via the wireless module 160. A method of testing integrity of a sprinkler bulb is also provided, comprising: monitoring a pressure change within the sprinkler bulb 100 via a wireless module 160 of a passive circuit device 120 inside a sealed frangible housing 110 of the sprinkler bulb 100; and determining that the sprinkler bulb is in working order if the pressure reaches a predetermined threshold; or determining that the sprinkler bulb is not in working order if the pressure does not reach the predetermined threshold.

    摘要: A fire protection system includes two or more fire extinguishers. Each fire extinguisher includes a housing, the housing including an extinguisher outlet and a burst disk. The burst disk is configured to retain a volume of fire suppressant material in the housing. A firing cartridge is operably connected to the housing and includes an output charge, and an ignition charge that, when detonated, causes release of the output charge to rupture the burst disk and release the volume of fire suppressant material through the extinguisher outlet. An optical fiber is configured to transmit a light signal toward the ignition charge to heat and detonate the ignition charge. A light source is operably connected to the optical fiber to selectably transmit a first light signal to selectably activate a first fire extinguisher or a second fire extinguisher of the two or more fire extinguishers.

    摘要: A thermal trigger assembly for remote mechanical actuation of another fire protection system component includes an activation component having a base and a movable member. A bias member biases the movable member from a preactivation to an activated position with respect to the base. A thermally responsive element retains the movable member in the preactivation position until a predetermined thermodynamic condition is reached, when the thermally responsive element loses structural integrity. A flexible connector includes a flexible hollow outer cable housing with one end configured to be stationarily (preferably fixedly) connected with the base. A flexible cable is inside the outer cable housing for sliding movement therein and has one end configured to be stationarily (preferably fixedly) connected with the movable member. The flexible cable is moved with respect to the outer cable housing by movement of the movable member upon loss of structural integrity by the thermally responsive element.

    摘要: A fire sprinkler head (12) has a valve (42) with an X-brace latch (54), and includes a flexible conduit (14). A sprinkler nozzle (16) is secured to a first end of the flexible conduit (14). The sprinkler nozzle (16) includes a first fitting (28), a sprinkler orifice (20) and fusible element (22). A second fitting (40) is secured to the second end of the flexible conduit (14) and includes the valve (42). The valve (42) has a valve element (44) which is moveable from a latched position to an unlatched position. A flexible link (56) extends from the sprinkler nozzle (16) to the X-brace valve latch (54). Breaking of the fusible element (22) releases the flexible link (56) to move from the latched position to the unlatched position, releasing the valve (42) for flow there-through.

    摘要: A fire-detecting device has first and second stressed brackets plugged together. The far ends of the first and second stressed brackets both have a towing hole. A disintegrable temperature-sensing device is between the first and second stressed brackets. First and second fixing pins are in the first and second brackets, respectively. The first fixing pin is located on one side of a free-moving piece and the second fixing pin is located on the other side thereof. A guide groove is in the first stressed bracket to correspond to the second fixing pin. A guide recess is in the second stressed bracket. A stressed shaft is in the second stressed bracket. An extension part having a stressed groove is in the first stressed bracket. When the disintegrable temperature-sensing device cracks off due to high temperature, the two stressed brackets will separate, leading to the fire dampers' shutting.
