摘要： An endlessly driven belt extends around a drum and carries a product. Removal of the product from the belt is effected by a doctor blade which bears against a portion of the belt traversing the drum. The doctor blade is fixedly connected to the drum for movement therewith to remain parallel to a surface of the belt. The doctor blade is attached to shafts that are mounted in respective bearing assemblies that permit movement of the shafts along their mutually aligned axes. The doctor blade can be positioned between upstanding ribs formed on the belt whereby the ribs can displace the doctor blade in response to pivoting of the drum in order to keep the doctor blade parallel to the axis of the drum.

摘要： The solid content and liquid content in a solid-liquid substance can be separated continuously at a high solid-liquid separation ratio by: causing a looped filter cloth member to travel, the filter cloth member being wound at least once around a wringing roller, and having a twisted portion at which the filter cloth member is twisted at least once and wound around the wringing roller; inducing a primary rotary motion of the wringing roller in a direction in which the filter cloth member travels; inducing secondary rotary motion of the wringing roller in a direction in which the filter cloth member is twisted upstream with respect to the wringing roller; and supplying a solid-liquid substance to an upstream portion of the filter cloth member with respect to the wringing roller.

The impregnated surface of the belt is made smooth and uniform in thickness through a grinding and polishing operation to act as a hydraulic bearing surface. The portion of the base void of urethane is capable of receiving and carrying water essential in the papermaking process.

摘要： A double screen belt press for dewatering mixtures of fibrous material suspensions has a wedge compression zone comprising rolls and perforated plates supporting generally upper and lower screen belts. For dewatering mixtures of fibrous material suspensions having a high dry solids content, at least one sealed material feed empties into the wedge compression zone with a high pressure. A generally vertically gravity tower with an outlet port is provided to feed material into the entrance of the wedge compression zone above the lower screen belt and in front of the front roll supporting the upper screen belt. The outlet port area of the material feed is sealed on at least the side facing the lower screen belt and optionally on the side facing the upper screen belt and on the other side of the material feed facing away from the wedge compression zone between the material feed and the lower screen belt.

摘要： A presser belt separator for separating a mixture of flowable and non-flowable constituents has a pressure belt that is driven downstream to engage part of a circumferential surface of a perforated drum. A belt pressing structure and a presser roller presses the belt against the surface of the drum to form a draw-in wedge for drawing in the material to be processed between the presser belt and the perforated drum. The belt presser has a surface contour that engages the belt to form a curvature in the central area of the presser belt. The surface contour decreases in curvature from an upstream region of the belt presser to a downstream region thereof. The presser structure is also resiliently urged against the perforated drum by force-adjustable pressure springs.
