摘要： A clutch mechanism for a tape dispenser, for example, includes a first reel, a second reel, a biasing element, and a friction element. The first and second reels are rotatably disposed on first and second shafts. The biasing element is disposed between the second reel and second shaft such that the second reel is movable in a radial direction between first and second positions relative to the second shaft and the biasing element biases the second reel into the first position. The friction element extends around the first and second reels and arranged to generate a first normal force acting on the second reel when the second reel is in a first position, relative to the second shaft, and a second normal force acting on the second reel when the second reel is in a second position, relative to the second shaft.

摘要： A respirator mask dispensing system is provided. It includes a carrier material and a plurality of respirator masks mounted in parallel on the carrier material by an adhesive. The carrier material is deformed between adjacent ones of the plurality of respirator masks, the deformation being configured to assist in the tearing of the carrier material at points of deformation. The carrier material with the plurality of respirator masks as mounted therein is wound on the central core member to provide a continuous roll The adhesive bonds more strongly with the respirator masks than the carrier material such that when an individual respirator mask is removed from the carrier material the adhesive will separate from the carrier material and remain attached to the individual respirator mask.

When the first housing member (601) is pivoted to a closed position, the feed rollers (501,502) abut. When the first housing member (601) and the second housing member (602) are pivoted to an open position, the feed rollers (501,502) separate. Also, an end (608) of the mounting stem (503) becomes exposed and accessible.
