    摘要: This disclosure includes: a motor part having a rotor rotatable about a central axis and a stator facing the rotor in a radial direction with a gap therebetween; a circuit board arranged on an axial one side of the motor part; a connection terminal arranged between the stator and the circuit board in an axial direction; and a motor housing having a cylindrical shape that extends in the axial direction and accommodating the motor part. The stator includes an annular stator core; a coil having multiple coil bodies attached to the stator core; and an insulator arranged between the stator core and the coil. The connection terminal electrically connects the coil and the circuit board. The motor includes a terminal holder, which holds the connection terminal and is mounted on either the stator or the motor housing and moveable in a circumferential direction.

    摘要: Described herein are fractional-slot-winding motors and electric vehicles using such fractional-slot-winding motors. In some examples, a fractional-slot-winding motor comprises a stator, a bus-bar assembly, and a plurality of coil units. The stator comprises a plurality of stator slots (e.g., 63 slots) extending through the core and radially offset relative to each other. Each dual-leg coil unit extends through two different stator slots and is electrically coupled to two other coil units on the coil-interconnection side of the rotor. Each single-leg coil unit extends through one coil slot and is electrically coupled to one other coil unit on the coil-interconnection side. At least some single-leg coil units can be coupled to a bus-bar assembly. Furthermore, the ends of the coil unit can have radial offsets relative to protruding portions, e.g., closer to the motor primary axis at the coil-interconnection side and further away on the opposite side.

    摘要: An additively manufactured air gap winding for an electrical machine is provided. The air-gap winding includes a hollow cylindrical main portion having a geometric axis, the main portion defining an active winding length of the winding, and electrical winding conductors of the winding extending in the main portion from a first axial end of the winding to a second axial end. The air gap winding further comprises a first winding head at the first axial end and a second winding head at the second axial end, wherein winding head connections of the winding conductors extend in the winding heads. The winding heads project radially inwardly and/or outwardly beyond the hollow cylindrical main section. The winding head connections extend at least in sections at different distances from the axis in such a way that one winding head connection at least partially radially surrounds the other winding head connection.

    摘要: Provided are a method and a tool for manufacturing a coil assembly of an electric motor for a deep well vertical turbine pump with a stator assembly that has a stator bore to receive a rotor and slots radially open to the inside which are respectively separated from each other by a stator tooth and in which electrical conductors of coils of the coil assembly lie, forming distributed windings and, at one axial end of the coil assembly, a winding head. The coil assembly is manufactured by shaping and encapsulating the coils within the tool so that the winding head extends only between an inner diameter and an outer diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the stator bore in order to enable axial insertion of the coil assembly into the stator assembly leading with the winding head in which the coils are respectively wound individually, drawn into the tool as wire bundles and encapsulated within it.
