Abstract: Disclosed are an endoscopic reflection microscope using an optical fiber bundle and an image acquisition method using the same. The endoscopic reflection microscope includes an incident wave output unit configured to output an incident wave to a target object through any one optical fiber in an optical fiber bundle, a reflected wave receiver configured to receive a reflected wave output from the target object in response to the incident wave through a plurality of corresponding optical fibers in the optical fiber bundle, and an image acquirer configured to establish a reflection matrix corresponding to the reflected wave and to acquire an image in which at least one of phase retardation of the incident wave or phase retardation of the reflected wave is compensated for based on the established reflection matrix.

Abstract: A cell image segmentation method using scribble labels includes iteratively pre-training via an image segmentation network (U-Net) using a cell image and scribble labels indicating a cell region and a background region as training data, calculating an exponential moving average (EMA) of image segmentation prediction probabilities at a predetermined interval during the pre-training, self-training by assigning the cell region and the background region for which the EMA of image segmentation prediction probabilities is over a preset threshold to be a pseudo-label, and iteratively refining the image segmentation prediction probability based on a scribbled loss (Lsp) obtained through a result of the training and an unscribbled loss (Lup). Accordingly, it is possible to achieve cell image segmentation with high reliability using only scribble labels.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite having the ability to stably and reliably detect a target gas even in a moist environment. The composite of the present invention includes: a nanostructure of an oxide semiconductor selected from the group consisting of SnO2, ZnO, WO3, NiO, and In2O3; and a CeO2 additive loaded on the nanostructure. The oxide semiconductor nanostructure is uniformly loaded with CeO2. The composite of the present invention can rapidly detect an analyte gas with high gas response irrespective of the presence and concentration of moisture. The present invention also relates to methods for preparing the composite, a gas sensor including the composite as a material for a gas sensing layer, and a method for fabricating the gas sensor.
