    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, a terminal device, a network device, and computer program products for SCell management in wireless communication. A terminal device receives from a network device configuration information for configuring a triggering mode. The triggering mode is for triggering activation of a secondary cell of the terminal device and a transmission of a temporary reference signal in the secondary cell. Based on the configured triggering mode, the terminal device receives first triggering information on the activation of the secondary cell and second triggering information on the transmission of the temporary reference signal for performing the activation of the secondary cell. In this way, it is possible to reduce the latency of activation/de-activation procedure for SCG and secondary cells.

    Abstract: Described are processing time approaches to simultaneous multi-cell PUSCH/PDSCH scheduling with a single DCI (downlink control information) in a wireless communication system. In various approaches, simultaneously scheduling a plurality of physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) through a single DCI transmitted via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) occurs, wherein each of the plurality of PDSCHs is associated with a respective cell in a plurality of cells. The approaches further include transmitting data to or receiving data to a user equipment (UE) based on the scheduling information, wherein the plurality of PDSCHs occurs no earlier than a time offset following the PDCCH. In other aspects, a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) is received via a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), the HARQ-ACK having been sent by a user equipment (UE) in response to one of the plurality of PDSCHs, wherein the HARQ-ACK is sent no earlier than a time offset following a reference time in one of the plurality of PDSCHs. In other aspects, transmitting data to or receiving data to a user equipment (UE) is based on the scheduling information, wherein the plurality of PDSCHs occurs no earlier than a time offset following the PDCCH, the time offset being configured to permit analog beam switching by a user equipment (UE).

    Abstract: Techniques for changing a Transmission Configuration Indication (TCI) state by a user equipment (UE) operating in a wireless communications system are provided. The UE receives a first message including a TCI state change command from a network and determines, based on the first message, whether a time offset/frequency offset (TO/FO) and a reception (Rx) beam for a new TCI state are known by the UE. Based on the determination, the UE calculates a time delay of the UE to be prepared to receive a reference signal with the new TCI state, generates a second message indicating the time delay of the UE for the new TCI state, and transmits the second message to the network.
