Abstract:
A bush- and bracket-integrated stabilizer bar includes a stabilizer bar, a rubber bush attached to an outer periphery of the stabilizer bar, and a bracket configured to mount the stabilizer bar to a bottom of a vehicle body with the rubber bush intervened. The stabilizer bar has amine-based curable epoxy paint or amine-containing cationic paint and a surface treatment layer containing a halogen donor-based surface treatment agent on the paint. The rubber bush has a surface treatment layer containing a halogen donor-based surface treatment agent on an inner surface thereof. A thermosetting epoxy adhesive layer containing an amine-based or an organic hydrazide-based curing agent and a bisphenol type epoxy resin is formed between the stabilizer bar and the rubber bush.
Abstract:
A terminal area includes a metal plate, an electrically insulating layer, and a conductor layer. An opening section is formed in the metal plate and the insulating layers A gold plating layer is formed on a surface of the conductor layer inside the opening section. A porous metal layer of a first transition element is formed on a surface of the gold plating layer. Through-holes of the porous metal layer reach the surface of the gold plating layer. An electrically conductive adhesive is provided between an electrode of an actuator element and the porous metal layer. An anchor portion of the electrically conductive adhesive gets into the through holes and is cured. Conductive particles of the electrically conductive adhesive contact the gold plating layer.
Abstract:
A flexure has a metal base plate, an insulating layer formed on the metal base plate, a wiring pattern formed on the insulating layer, a read-write head connected to a first end of the wiring pattern, and terminals for external connection that are adjacent to each other and are connected to a second end of the wiring pattern. The flexure includes a hole formed through the insulating layer in the vicinity of respective one of the adjacent terminals and an exposed part being a part of the metal base plate that is exposed through the hole to the terminals. A distance between the respective one of the adjacent terminals and the exposed part exposed through the hole in the vicinity thereof is shorter than a distance between the adjacent terminals.
Abstract:
A method of surely removing a read/write slider from a flexure without large displacement of the slider, the slider attached to the flexure of the head suspension through an adhesive, comprises heating the slider so that the adhesive is heated through an adhered surface of the slider being in contact with the adhesive; and applying ultrasonic vibration to the slider so that the adhered surface of the slider vibrates at ultrasonic frequency with respect to the adhesive.
Abstract:
A temperature control device includes a heat pipe including a heat absorption part provided at one end side and absorbing heat from an outside and a heat dissipation part provided at another end side and dissipating heat to the outside, and a heat absorption plate and a heat dissipation plate (heat conducting plates) made of metal films formed by powder including metal being accelerated with a gas toward at least one of external surfaces of the heat absorption part and the heat dissipation part of the heat pipe and being sprayed and deposited on the surfaces in a solid-phase state.
Abstract:
A work hanging apparatus includes a hanger line continuously conveying hangers each having a hook, a robot that has a hand with which a work having a hole is held and transfers the held work to a hanging location set in the hanger line, a controller controlling a movement of the hand to catch the hook of one of the hangers with the hole of the held work at the hanging location, a hole deviation detector that detects a positional deviation of the hole of the work, an attitude deviation detector that detects an attitudinal deviation of the hanger, and a corrector that corrects the movement of the hand according to the positional and attitudinal deviations.
Abstract:
A high-strength magnesium alloy wire rod suitable for products in which at least one of bending stress and twisting stress primarily acts is provided. The wire rod has required elongation and 0.2% proof stress, whereby strength and formability are superior, and has higher strength in the vicinity of the surface. In the wire rod, the surface portion has the highest hardness in a cross section of the wire rod, the highest hardness is 170 HV or more, and the inner portion has a 0.2% proof stress of 550 MPa or more and an elongation of 5% or more.
Abstract:
Force of used spring can be weak, wear amount of power transmission member (gear or the like) can be reduced, and generation of strange noises can inhibited. When the dial cam is rotated and the recess of the outer peripheral surface faces the front end portion of the pin of the connection shaft, the connection shaft, which is biased by the force of the coil spring, is connected to the bevel gear, which engages with the bevel gear and is rotated, via the clutch teeth. Thus, the connection shaft is rotated, and the output shaft is rotated together with the connection shaft. That is, the power of the motor is transmitted to the output shaft. Since the coil spring is used for connecting the connection shaft to the bevel gear, the force of the coil spring can be reduced.
Abstract:
A stator core comprises a circumferentially deformable part formed on a radially outer peripheral side of a yoke; circumferentially facing divided parts formed on a radially inner peripheral side of the yoke, each having a dividing line that is oriented in a radial direction and reaches a portion between teeth and divided surfaces that face each other without a gap; and radially facing divided parts formed at the center between the radially inner and outer sides of the yoke along the circumferential direction at the predetermined interval, and each having divided surfaces that face each other in the radial direction, and being continuous at one ends with the respective circumferentially facing divided parts. The circumferentially facing divided parts each have a compressive stress being smaller than a compressive stress acting on the circumferentially deformable part or being zero.
