    摘要: A bush- and bracket-integrated stabilizer bar includes a stabilizer bar, a rubber bush attached to an outer periphery of the stabilizer bar, and a bracket configured to mount the stabilizer bar to a bottom of a vehicle body with the rubber bush intervened. The stabilizer bar has amine-based curable epoxy paint or amine-containing cationic paint and a surface treatment layer containing a halogen donor-based surface treatment agent on the paint. The rubber bush has a surface treatment layer containing a halogen donor-based surface treatment agent on an inner surface thereof. A thermosetting epoxy adhesive layer containing an amine-based or an organic hydrazide-based curing agent and a bisphenol type epoxy resin is formed between the stabilizer bar and the rubber bush.

    摘要: A suspension system for a vehicle frame from a steering axle has first and second air springs mounted on the steering axle and directly below the frame to support a portion of vehicle weight. A trailing U-shaped stabilizer bar functions as a roll stiffener, lateral control element and fore-aft movement control element. Upper torque rods are positioned over the U-shaped stabilizer bar, creating an effective parallelogram linkage with the stabilizer bar on each side of the vehicle.

    摘要: A straight portion of a vehicle stabilizing bar is fitted with a supporting device including an antifriction sleeve made of low-friction polymeric material and angularly integral with the straight portion of the bar; an annular pad made of elastomeric material and surrounding the antifriction sleeve; and a connecting member for connecting the bar to a vehicle supporting structure, and which is made in one piece from substantially rigid polymeric material, and has a substantially cylindrical through cavity for housing the annular pad; the annular pad clicks axially onto the connecting member and the antifriction sleeve, and is made angularly integral with the connecting member by means of respective longitudinal projections which engage corresponding grooves formed on an inner lateral surface of the cavity of the connecting member, whereas the antifriction sleeve and the annular pad are connected to each other in frictionally rotating manner.

    摘要: A stabilizer for a steer axle air ride suspension of a vehicle. The vehicle includes a frame having longitudinally extending beams, a pair of spring beams each pivotally attached at its forward end to one of the frame beams by a pivot pin and an air spring interposed between each of the frame and spring beams. The pivot pins lie on a common axis. The stabilizer includes a somewhat U-shaped torsion bar having side portions connected by a cross portion. The distal ends of the side portions of the U-shaped torsion bar are pivotally attached to the pivot pins and the cross portion is rotatably connected to the axle. Isolators are installed at the pivotal attachments of the distal ends of the side portions of the U-shaped bar to the pivot pins and at the rotatable connections of the cross portion to the axle.
