    Abstract: A nano material testing apparatus includes a main frame; a testing unit including an actuator and a load cell connected to the actuator; a jig unit configured to be connected to the testing unit and including an upper jig that clamps one side of an upper portion of the nano material specimen and a lower jig that is located below the upper jig and clamps one side of a lower portion of the nano material specimen; a stage unit configured to be connected to the lower jig; a first alignment unit configured to be located to be spaced apart from a front surface of the nano material specimen; a second alignment unit configured to be located to be spaced apart from side surfaces of the nano material specimen; and a controller.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for inducing direct transdifferentiation of a somatic cell into a vascular progenitor cell and a use thereof and, more specifically, to a composition for inducing direct transdifferentiation of a somatic cell into a vascular progenitor cell, a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of ischemic vascular diseases, a cell therapeutic agent for the prevention or treatment of ischemic vascular diseases, a composition for screening a therapeutic drug for ischemic vascular diseases, a 3D printing biological material composition for the production of an artificial tissue for the treatment of ischemic vascular diseases, and a method for direct transdifferentiation of a somatic cell into a vascular progenitor cell. By producing a vascular progenitor cell by direct transdifferentiation of a somatic cell according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the production period of the vascular progenitor cell and to avoid the formation of teratoma, which is a side effect of an induced pluripotent stem cell, thereby minimizing the side effects of a stem cell therapeutic agent.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing a gas sensor according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention including: a) forming a pair of photoresist electrodes spaced apart from each other and a photoresist wire connecting upper portions of the pair of photoresist electrodes to each other by exposing and developing a first photoresist coated on a substrate; b) forming a pair of carbon electrodes and a carbon wire that are connected to be integrated with each other, by pyrolyzing the pair of photoresist electrodes and the photoresist wire; and c) forming metal oxide nanowires on a surface of the carbon wire.
