Abstract: A method includes: sending a random access request to an evolved NodeB eNB; receiving a random access response RAR returned by the eNB, where the RAR carries first resource information of a first uplink resource allocated by the eNB; and sending uplink information to the eNB based on the first uplink resource. The uplink information includes indication information and resource request information, or includes partial information of indication information and resource request information. The indication information includes at least one of location update information, service establishment information, attach request information, and detach request information of UE. The resource request information is used to request the eNB to allocate a second uplink resource to the UE.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a communications system for switching a transmission time interval, user equipment, and an evolved NodeB (eNB). User equipment (UE) calculates a transmission time interval (TTI) switching characteristic parameter, and the UE sends a TTI switching request message if the TTI switching characteristic parameter meets a switching condition. The eNB sends, to the UE, a TTI switching indication message that includes indication information of a second TTI, and the UE performs transmission by using the second TTI. By using the method for switching a TTI, the UE and the eNB described in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a TTI used for transmission can be adjusted in time according to a channel quality change of the UE, thereby remarkably shortening a service delay.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a communication method, a network-side device, and user equipment. The method includes: receiving, by a network-side device, a radio resource control RRC connection reestablishment request message, where the RRC connection reestablishment request message is used to request to perform RRC connection reestablishment; and sending, by the network-side device, an RRC connection reestablishment indication message, where the RRC connection reestablishment indication message carries a configuration parameter, and the configuration parameter includes at least one of a signaling radio bearer SRB2 configuration parameter or a data radio bearer DRB configuration parameter. The network-side device sends only the RRC connection reestablishment indication message, thereby effectively reducing a reestablishment delay and physical resource overheads.

Abstract: The present invention provides a scheduling signaling transmission method and device. The method includes: receiving, by UE, a random access response parameter sent by an eNB, where the random access response parameter is used to indicate that scheduling signaling of a random access response is transmitted through an E-PDCCH; and after sending a random access preamble to the eNB, receiving, by the UE through the E-PDCCH according to the random access response parameter, the scheduling signaling of the random access response.
