Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a first indication that a network node is in a sleep mode. The UE may receive a second indication of periodic wake-up signal (WUS) occasions associated with the sleep mode. The UE may receive a third indication to defer, for one or more WUS occasions, a transmission of a WUS associated with data, deferral of the transmission being based at least in part on a latency parameter associated with the data. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration including a first group of transmission configuration states associated with transmission via a configurable surface and a second group of transmission configuration states independent of the configurable surface. The UE may receive downlink control information according to a first transmission configuration state of the first group of transmission configuration states. The UE may receive the downlink control information via a transmission path including the configurable surface. The downlink control information may include a grant scheduling a data transmission according to a second transmission configuration state of the second group of transmission configuration states. The UE may perform or receive the data transmission according to the second transmission configuration state. The downlink control information based on a set of resources associated with transmission via the configurable surfaces satisfying a threshold.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a random access channel preamble to abase station. The UE may receive, from the base station and in response to the random access channel preamble, a grant comprising a first frequency hopping indication associated with intra-slot frequency hopping and a second frequency hopping indication associated with inter-slot frequency hopping. The UE may identify, based at least in part on the first frequency hopping indication or the second frequency hopping indication, a frequency hopping configuration for transmission of repetitions of an uplink transmission responsive to the grant. The UE may transmit the repetitions of the uplink transmission using one or more frequency Chops in accordance with the frequency hopping configuration.

Abstract: Sounding reference signals (SRS) transmitted by a UE, e.g., for positioning or channel estimation, may be configured for one or both of frequency tone level cyclic shift and symbol level code, which, for example, enables multiplexing a greater number of UEs. The frequency tone level cyclic shift is produced by jointly processing a number of symbols with an extended cyclic shift structure. The SRS may be configured using a symbol group level that indicates the number of symbols associated with a cyclic shift structure, and an outer code that indicates a multiplier applied to the SRS at the symbol level, which increases the multiplexing opportunities. The symbol level code may further indicate an extended cyclic shift indicating a linear increase in phase rotation across tones in symbols associated with the symbol group level.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communication by a first network entity of a first network of a first network operator. A method includes receiving, from a second network entity of a second network of a second network operator, frequency allocation information indicating a first allocation pattern identifying, for each of at least one cell, a corresponding frequency channel band of a frequency band spanning a plurality of frequency channel bands, wherein the first allocation pattern identifies a first frequency channel band of the plurality of frequency channel bands for a first cell of the at least one cell; and sending an indication to at least a first user equipment (UE) indicating to communicate in the first cell using a second frequency channel band of the plurality of frequency channel bands that is different than the first frequency channel band.

Abstract: In some implementations, a ultra-wideband (UWB) device comprises a Global Anchor for a network of UWB anchors having a plurality of clusters and initiator anchors (Init-Anchors). The Global Anchor may obtain metric information comprising a centrality metric value of each Init-Anchor from information communicated to the Global-Anchor in a first control phase. The Global Anchor may determine a slot schedule for a second control phase, wherein: determining the slot schedule is based on the centrality metric values of the plurality of Init-Anchors; the slot schedule comprises an allocation of time slots of the second control phase among the plurality of Init-Anchors for wireless radio frequency (RF) communication; and the allocation of time slots includes a first set of time slots for upstream communication followed by a second set of time slots for downstream communication. The Global Anchor may send the slot schedule to an Init-Anchor of the plurality of Init-Anchors.
