    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for screening cathode active material candidates for secondary batteries, and may include a database constructing unit configured to receive a data-set labeled with properties of a cathode active material structure for secondary batteries; a pre-processing unit configured to pre-process a part of the data-set to a learning data-set; a prediction model generating unit configured to generate a cathode active material prediction model for predicting performance indicators of target materials that may be arranged to fit a predetermined structure based on the learning data-set; and a candidates generating unit configured to generate cathode active material candidates for secondary batteries based on a result of the cathode active material prediction model.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a serverless computing method and apparatus, and more particularly, to a serverless computing method and apparatus using mutual monitoring between network edges. The serverless computing method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises monitoring, by an event handler of the first network edge, an event occurring in the second network edge, generating, by an event generating module of the second network edge, an event response signal through filtering on the event in response to the event occurring, transmitting, by an event delivery module of the second network edge, the event response signal to the event handler of the first network edge, and scaling an application, by an auto-scaler, in the first network edge based on the event response signal.

    Abstract: An apparatus, method, and system for dynamic pod autoscaling in a serverless computing environment are disclosed. A dynamic pod autoscaling apparatus in a serverless computing environment comprises a processor; and a memory connected to the processor, wherein the memory stores program instructions for performing operations comprising registering, if there is a service request, a predefined first target value, collecting concurrency/rps (request per second) information of a first number of pods corresponding to the number of replica sets that is pod autoscaled according to the first target value, calculating the first target value as a second target value using the concurrency/rps information and average resource usage of the pod, dynamically changing the number of replica sets from the first number to a second number through the second target value.
