Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a capability message indicating a first number of one or more transmit antennas supported by the UE for antenna switching and a second number of ports supported for uplink transmission that exceeds the first number of one or more transmit antennas. The UE may receive, based on the capability message, a sounding reference signal (SRS) configuration indicating a mapping between each SRS resource or SRS resource group and a respective bit sequence of a set of bit sequences. The UE may receive a control message comprising one or more bit sequences of the set of bit sequences indicating one or more SRS resources or an SRS resource group based on the mapping. The UE may transmit one or more SRS signals based on the control message.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may obtain a sidelink resource pool configuration indicating multiple waveforms that are available for use for sidelink signals associated with a sidelink resource pool. The first UE may communicate, with a second UE and via a sidelink channel, a first sidelink signal associated with the sidelink resource pool, wherein the first sidelink signal uses a first waveform from the multiple waveforms, and wherein the first waveform is used based at least in part on at least one of: a condition associated with the sidelink channel, or receiving a communication indicating that the first waveform is to be used by the first UE. Abstract: A network entity may transmit a configuration for neural network training parameters for wireless communication by the UE, and the UE may train the neural network at the UE based on the configuration received from the network entity. The network entity may transmit a training command in a wireless message to the UE, and the UE may train the neural network based on the received configuration in response to the received training command. The configuration may include a period of time associated with the training the neural network. The period of time may indicate an action for the UE to perform when the period of time expires, and/or indicate the periodicity of the neural network training.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may determine a sounding reference signal transmission power of a user equipment (UE) and may communicate with the UE according to the determined sounding reference signal transmission power. In some examples, the base station may transmit signaling to the UE indicating a switch from a first power control mode to a second power control mode. The UE may transmit, to the base station and in the second power control mode, a power headroom report which the base station may use to estimate the sounding reference signal transmission power. In other examples, the base station may transmit a request for one or more reports that indicate the sounding reference signal transmission power based on the base station operating in a closed-loop power control mode. The UE may transmit the one or more reports to the base station.

A network entity may transmit to the UE a CSI configuration that includes one or more parameters for a neural network and one or more reference signals. The UE may measure the one or more reference signals based on the CSI configuration. A CSI may be based on the one or more parameters and the measurement of the one or more reference signals. The UE may report the CSI to the network entity based on output of the neural network.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for enhancing sidelink resource utilization for a user equipment (UE) that supports full duplex (FD) communications. For example, an FD UE may receive incoming sidelink communication over a first set of resources and, in FD mode, simultaneously transmit another sidelink communication over the same first set of resources. According to aspects of the present disclosure, the potential interference between the two sidelink communications will be mitigated or reduced, such as by having the FD UE negotiate with other sidelink UEs over transmission power levels and related aspects, such as beam coordination and/or resource subset designation, or the like.
