Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and a device for detecting and transmitting information. The method includes: obtaining, by a UE, at least one type of configuration information of an antenna port occupied by a D-PDCCH, which is configured on a base station side; determining, by the UE, a search space of the D-PDCCH; and detecting, by the UE, the D-PDCCH in the search space according to the antenna port configuration information. With the embodiments of the present invention, the UE can detect the D-PDCCH, and therefore data transmission is ensured. Furthermore, a blind detection of a PDCCH by the UE based on time-frequency resources in an existing system is extended to a spatial dimension, that is, an antenna port, thereby increasing the efficiency of resource utilization, so that the D-PDCCH can be detected in the spatial dimension.

Abstract: In an uplink information sending method, a terminal device receives scheduling information sent by an access network device in a first time unit. The terminal device determines a second time unit and a first time offset. The second time unit is after the first time unit, and the second time unit carries downlink information sent by the access network device. The terminal device further determines a third time unit. The third time unit is a time unit that is offset from the second time unit by the first time offset. Further, the terminal device sends first uplink information scheduled by using the scheduling information in the third time unit. In this way, information transmission flexibility and reliability can be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for transmitting uplink control information and an apparatus, applicable to a multi-carrier system. A user terminal receives physical layer signaling from a network device, where the physical layer signaling includes first indication information. The user terminal determines, according to the first indication information, a bit quantity of periodic CSI that can be sent on a channel resource or a piece quantity of periodic CSI that can be sent on a channel resource. The user terminal determines, according to the bit quantity or the piece quantity of the periodic CSI that can be sent, to-be-sent periodic CSI from periodic CSI corresponding to multiple downlink carriers. The user terminal sends HARQ-ACK information and the to-be-sent periodic CSI on the channel resource.
