    Abstract: An electric motor includes: a stator including a first stator core, a second stator core, and a slot in which a stator winding is disposed, and a rotor including a first rotor core facing a first stator core in a radial direction and a second stator core facing the second stator core in the radial direction. The first stator core and the second stator core are laminated in an axial direction. The stator includes a depression formed in a position facing the slot and not touching the stator winding. A volume of the first rotor core is smaller than a volume of the second rotor core.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a laminated core in which an adhesive can be easily applied to gaps between laminated electromagnetic steel plates is provided. A method of manufacturing a laminated core according to the present disclosure includes a first step, a second step, and a third step. In the first step, an electromagnetic steel plate laminate is formed by laminating a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates in a lamination direction. In the second step, the electromagnetic steel plate laminate is excited in a direction intersecting the lamination direction. In the third step, an adhesive is applied to gaps between the plurality of electromagnetic steel plates in the electromagnetic steel plate laminate.

    Abstract: A stator of an electric machine includes a stator lamination package including a plurality of stator laminations and a coolant guide arranged between the stator laminations. The stator laminations include radially inward recesses and stator windings are arranged in the stator grooves, directly around which windings a coolant can flow within the stator grooves. The coolant guide includes first lamination blanks axially bordering the coolant guide on opposite sides thereof. The coolant guide includes second lamination blanks arranged between the first lamination blanks. The first and second lamination blanks and the stator laminations radially include recesses. Only the second lamination blanks additionally include radial coolant channels configured to guide coolant radially inward or radially outward. The radially inward recesses of the stator laminations and the lamination blanks are closed in a radially inward direction, and axially adjacent stator laminations and lamination blanks are glued together in a laminar manner.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a production apparatus of a motor laminated core and a method for producing the same, the production apparatus comprises an upper die assembly, a lower die assembly and an adhesive spraying device, the adhesive spraying device comprises an adhesive spraying plate, a first die plate and a second die plate successively from top to bottom, and channels are disposed between the plates, and respective channels communicate with first adhesive spraying openings and second adhesive spraying openings so as to coat an adhesive on a portion of a metal strip used for forming an core sheet, and after the core sheet is formed, a plurality of core sheets are cured and bonded at normal temperature in the production apparatus with the aid of a hydraulic cylinder so as to form a motor laminated core.
