The system can include a memory storing computer-executable instructions and a processor for executing the instructions. The instructions include communicating with a storage device storing a plurality of application packages having associated locations, and receiving a search criterion from a user via a user interface. The instructions further include selecting the application packages based on the search criterion, and displaying at least one selected application package on a map through the user interface. The selected application package can be positioned on the map based on the corresponding associated locations. The instructions further include allowing the user to download the selected application package through the user interface.
Abstract:
A method for searching for software applications (or apps) is provided. In the method, one or more software applications are scheduled for execution according to a scheduling policy. The software applications are executed according to the scheduling policy. Application data of the software applications is collected. The collected application data is stored. A query is received. The stored application data is searched. Information regarding software applications whose corresponding stored application data relevant to the query is transmitted.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to methods and systems for searching software applications, including mobile applications (apps) and web apps/extensions/plug-ins (applications). The method comprises the steps of; executing at least one app or application, collection application data from the app or application, storing the collected application data, receiving a query, searching the stored application data, and transmitting information regarding apps or applications whose corresponding stored application is relevant to the query.
Abstract:
Method for preventing security breaches via the two-thief method of attack of passive remote keyless entry systems for vehicles. The method involves the measurement of air travel time of the RF messages between the RKE fob and the vehicle. Multiple round trips between the fob and the vehicle are employed to magnify the distance covered by the messages and thereby allow accurate measurement of the air travel time.
Abstract:
A vehicle control system is described including radio-frequency receiver. The receiver includes an antenna input adapted for connection to an antenna for receiving radio frequency signals, a source of at least a first local oscillator frequency and a second local oscillator frequency, a demodulator for demodulating the signal received via the antenna input with the first local oscillator frequency to generate a first demodulated signal and, separately, for demodulating the signal received via the antenna input with the second local oscillator frequency to generate a second demodulated signal, and a control circuit that evaluates the first and second demodulated signals according to at least one criterion and utilizes for control purposes whichever of the demodulated signals is better, according to that criterion.
Abstract:
This invention provides a calibration method and a corresponding apparatus for optical imaging lens system with double optical paths. The apparatus for optical imaging lens system with double optical paths comprises a first optical subsystem, a second optical subsystem and a calibration module. The calibration module receives a first image data from the first optical subsystem and a second image data from the second optical subsystem. The calibration module calibrates the first image data according to at least one selected optical parameter of the second optical subsystem, and calibrates the second image data according to at least one selected optical parameter of the first optical subsystem. The selected optical parameters of the first optical subsystem and the second optical subsystem are different.
Abstract:
A portable electronic device holder for car includes a fixation base, a clamping base, and a rotating structure provided therebetween. The fixation base includes a cover and a bottom board connected with height adjusting screw pieces. A sliding plate is provided between the bottom board and the cover, and the sliding plate slides on the bottom board without detaching. The clamping base includes a supporting plate and retractable plates, and the retractable plates can slide in a direction parallel to the supporting plate. The retractable plate is provided with clamping wings, and the clamping wings can move in a direction horizontal to the supporting plate. The rotating structure connects the sliding plate and the supporting plate, and the clamping base rotates relative to the fixation base via the rotating structure. By this arrangement, the position and angle of the holder can be adjusted for holding the portable electronic device.
Abstract:
A communications structure comprises a first semiconductor substrate having a first coil, and a second semiconductor substrate having a second coil above the first semiconductor substrate. Inner edges of the first and second coils define a boundary of a volume that extends below the first coil and above the second coil. A ferromagnetic core is positioned at least partially within the boundary, such that a mutual inductance is provided between the first and second coils for wireless transmission of signals or power between the first and second coils.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an operational amplifier comprising an input-stage circuit, a floating current mirror circuit, and an output-stage circuit. The input-stage circuit receives an input signal and produces a control signal. The floating current mirror circuit is coupled to the input-stage circuit, and produces a mirror current according to the control signal. The output-stage circuit is coupled to the floating current mirror circuit, and produces a driving signal according to the mirror current. When the operational amplifier is operating in the static mode, the output-stage circuit further produces a static current according to the mirror current. Thereby, by using the floating current mirror circuit, the purpose of low power consumption can be achieved while driving to the high-voltage mode or to the low-voltage mode.
Abstract:
Provided are methods and compositions for isolating and detecting rare cells from a biological sample containing other types of cells, particularly including debulking that uses a microfabricated filter for filtering samples. The enriched rare cells can be used in a downstream process such as identification, characterization or growth in culture, or in other ways. Also included is a method of determining tumor aggressiveness or the number or proportion of cancer cells in the enriched sample by detecting telomerase activity, nucleic acid or expression after enrichment of rare cells. Also provided is an efficient, rapid method to specifically remove red and white blood cells from a biological sample containing at least one of the cell types, leading to enrichment of rare target cells including circulating tumor (CTC), stromal, mesenchymal, endothelial, fetal, stem, or non-hematopoietic cells et cetera from a blood sample.
