Abstract:
The base station of the present invention notifies a user device of a first set of cells and a set of parameters corresponding respectively to the cells of the first set of cells, and notifies the user device of a second set of cells that is a subset of the first set of cells and that is associated with the user device. The user device may receive a downlink signal or transmit an uplink signal by sing one of the sets of parameters associated with the second set of cells.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and apparatus for transmitting/receiving data in a wireless communication system. The method includes: a terminal transmitting a coverage enhancement request or capability information for the terminal; a base station determining a channel setting for the terminal based on the transmitted request or information; and transmitting downlink data and performing random access on the basis of the determined channel setting. Namely, a scheme for adaptively transmitting and receiving data in consideration of the coverage of the terminal is proposed.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a new type of carrier wave having a different configuration from existing carrier waves. The new type of carrier wave is detected by using at least one of a primary synchronization signal (PSS) and a secondary synchronization signal (SSS). When the new type of carrier wave is formed for detection by using only one of the PSS or the SSS, or by using both of the PSS and SSS, the new type of carrier wave includes PSS and SSS transmissions which are different from existing PSS and SSS transmissions.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus by which a terminal transmits an uplink channel in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: performing a process for repeatedly transmitting a first uplink channel; performing a process for repeatedly transmitting a second uplink channel, the time for transmitting the second uplink channel being later than the time for transmitting the first uplink channel; and checking whether the transmission of the second uplink channel has been allocated to start before the section of the repeated transmission of the first uplink channel ends, wherein, if the transmission of the second uplink channel has been allocated to start before the section of the repeated transmission of the first uplink channel ends and if predetermined conditions are met, the transmission of the first uplink channel is abandoned in the entire section of the repeated transmission or in the section where the transmission of the first uplink channel and the transmission of the second uplink channel overlap.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless access system which supports a machine-type communication (MTC), and more specifically, provides a method for repeatedly transmitting a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) for an MTC, and apparatuses for supporting same. The method for transmitting a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) in a wireless access system which supports a machine-type communication (MTC), according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: broadcasting a legacy PBCH through a legacy transmission region; and broadcasting an MTC PBCH through an MTC transmission region. The legacy transmission region may consist of six resource blocks (RBs) at a frequency axial center of a second slot of a first subframe of each frame, and the MTC transmission region may consist of any subframe other than the first subframe of each frame.
Abstract:
The present invention is method and apparatus for coverage enhancement. An embodiment of the present invention includes detecting a cell with primary synchronization signal (PSS) and/or secondary synchronization signal (SSS), detecting reference signal based on the detected synchronization signal, detecting broadcasting channel based on the detected reference signal and decoding master information block on the broadcasting channel, detecting system information block on a downlink data channel, transmitting random access preamble on random access channel based on a system information obtained from the system information block and receiving random access response corresponding to the random access preamble.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to subframe configuration information for half duplex frequency duplex (HD-FDD) or time division duplex (TDD). The subframe configuration indicates which of a predefined plurality of continuous subframes is a subframe for downlink reception, which of the plurality of contiguous subframes is a subframe for uplink transmission, or which of the plurality of contiguous subframes is a special subframe that includes at least one OFDM symbol for the downlink reception and at least one OFDM symbol for the uplink transmission.

Abstract:
A method for and apparatus for supporting scheduling groups based on devices characteristics in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives a group identification(ID) to monitor a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) for Machine Type Communication (MTC), receives the PDCCH with the group ID at a predetermined subframe, and configures a physical downlink shared chancel (PDSCH) and a physical uplink shared chancel (PUSCH) shared with MTC UEs by the PDCCH of grant. And, more efficient and accurate scheduling with lower complexity and reduction of control overhead, for multi-UEs is provided in this invention.
Abstract:
The present invention determines a PUCCH resource based on which serving cell ACK/NACK information is related to, when a user device set as a plurality of serving cells transmits the ACK/NACK information. Moreover, if a PUCCH transmission time matches with a PUSCH transmission time, the present invention does not piggy back ACK/NACK information to PUSCH but transmits the ACK/NACK information through PUCCH.
