Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method, a system, and an apparatus for transmitting group communication service data. In the present disclosure, the LTE uses a multimedia broadcast and multicast service (MBMS) to transmit group communication system enabler (GCSE) service data, a multi-cell/multicast coordination entity (MCE) knows whether a multimedia broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) transmission mode or a single cell multicast transmission mode is used to transmit the GCSE service data. Whether the MBSFN transmission mode or the single cell multicast transmission mode is used to transmit the GCSE service data is determined based on UE capability information and UE location information. When the single cell multicast transmission mode is used, the MCE instructs an eNodeB (eNB) to use the single cell multicast transmission mode to transmit the GCSE service data. The present disclosure saves LTE air interface resources.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses cache-based data transmission methods and apparatuses. The method is implemented as follows. An apparatus where a caching node is located reports a caching capability to a network side, and the caching node is configured to cache data. The network side sends a cache indicating parameter to the apparatus where the caching node is located, and maintains a data list. Wherein, the cache indicating parameter is configured to control the caching node to cache the data which has the property of high repetition probability and/or high cache utilization, and the data list is a list of the data cached in the caching node. When the caching node has cached data requested by a UE, the UE obtains the requested data from the caching node.

Abstract: A method for supporting fast recovery of a User Equipment (UE) includes performing, by a serving base station, UE context synchronization for one or more other base stations in a related small cell cluster when a UE accesses the serving base station, performing, by a base station that the UE performs a radio resource control (RRC) connection re-establishment, the RRC connection re-establishment for the UE according to UE context saved in a synchronization process. The present also discloses another method and system for supporting UE fast recovery. By applying the technical solution disclosed by the present disclosure, when the UE moves in a small cell scenario, the UE can be recovered quickly in the case of a failure, so as to avoid the UE returns to an idle mode, avoid data loss, guarantee business continuity, and improve UE experience.
