    Abstract: An interface circuit, a string, and a system that are applied to power line communication, to lower device specifications, includes: an inverter, an optimizer group, a capacitor, a magnetic ring, power lines, and a signal line. An optimizer in the optimizer group is configured to adjust a size of a direct current output by a photovoltaic module connected to the optimizer. Two ends of the signal line passing through the magnetic ring are connected to the inverter. Two ends of a power line passing through the magnetic ring are respectively connected to the capacitor and the optimizer group. By using the foregoing interface circuit, a high voltage of a direct current output by the optimizer group is prevented from being introduced into the inverter, thereby reducing a specification requirement of a device such as a capacitor.

    Abstract: This application provides an inverter apparatus used in a motor controller, a motor controller, and a vehicle. The inverter apparatus includes a capacitor module, a power module, and a first heat sink. The power module includes a plurality of power transistors, and the plurality of power transistors are arranged in a flat manner in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the power module and the first heat sink are stacked. The first heat sink is configured to dissipate heat for the power transistors in the power module, so that the power transistors operate in a proper temperature environment. The inverter apparatus provided in this application has a compact structure layout and high integration. This is conducive to implementing a miniaturization embodiment of the motor controller, and reducing difficulty of disassembling and assembling internal parts of the motor controller and costs.

    Abstract: This application provides a direct current contactor which includes a housing, and a first fixed contact and a second fixed contact that are fastened into the housing; a first moving contact and a second moving contact that are located in the housing; a drive mechanism, including: an insulation rod connected to the first moving contact and the second moving contact, and a drive component that drives the insulation rod to drive the first moving contact and the second moving contact to synchronously move toward the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact; and a pressing component configured to push the moving contact firmly against the fixed contact. Only two pairs of contacts are used to implement connection/disconnection of two electrode lines, so that a total contactor resistance is reduced by half compared with that in the conventional technology.

    Abstract: A battery management system includes a sampling control unit, a DC/DC conversion unit, and an energy storage unit. When the battery pack needs to be heated, based on battery parameters of the battery pack and a voltage and a current limit value of the DC/DC conversion unit, the sampling control unit may control, in each of at least one consecutive first cycle, the battery pack to discharge to the energy storage unit by using the DC/DC conversion unit; control, in each of at least one consecutive second cycle, the energy storage unit to charge the battery pack by using the DC/DC conversion unit; and control, in the at least one consecutive first cycle and the at least one consecutive second cycle, an average charge/discharge current value of the battery pack to be less than or equal to a charge/discharge current limit value.
