Abstract:
A semiconductor memory device includes a first clock buffer for outputting a first internal clock signal in response to an inverted signal of the system clock signal and for correcting a duty cycle ratio of the first internal clock signal in response to a control signal; a second clock buffer for outputting a second internal clock signal in response to the system clock signal and for correcting a duty cycle ratio of the second internal clock signal in response to the control signal; an analog duty cycle correction circuit for outputting the control signal corresponding to the duty cycle ratio of the first and second internal clock signals; a mixing circuit for mixing the first and second internal clock signals and for outputting a third internal clock signal whose duty cycle is corrected; and a DLL circuit for outputting a delay-locked clock signal by using the third internal clock signal.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a built-in antenna apparatus comprising a plurality of antenna blocks, and an electrical connection device for connecting adjacent antenna blocks, the electrical connection device selectively connecting the antenna blocks so as to form varieties of the antenna. This enables the antenna blocks to be easily and detachably arranged according to the external shape, available mounting space and antenna characteristics of the mobile communications terminal.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an audio/video data synchronization apparatus for directly transmitting decoded audio/video data to an external device, without compressing the data, using UWB communication. The apparatus synchronizes video and audio data stored in a terminal without compressing the data and simultaneously transmits the data to an external device using UWB communication, so that users can enjoy high-quality images and sounds. In addition, the receiving end does not necessarily incorporate a separate function for decoding moving images, because it receives uncompressed video/audio data. This makes the apparatus simple and convenient.
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a semiconductor single crystal uses a Czochralski (CZ) process in which a seed crystal is dip into a melt of semiconductor raw material and dopant received in a crucible, and the seed crystal is slowly pulled upward while rotated to grow a semiconductor single crystal. Here, a cusp-type asymmetric magnetic field having different upper and lower magnetic field intensities based on ZGP (Zero Gauss Plane) where a vertical component of the magnetic field is 0 is applied to the crucible such that a specific resistance profile, theoretically calculated in a length direction of crystal, is expanded in a length direction of crystal. Thus, thickness of a diffusion boundary layer near a solid-liquid interface is increased to increase an effective segregation coefficient of dopant, thereby expanding a specific resistance profile in a length direction of crystal, increasing a prime length of the single crystal, and improving productivity.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to controlling a communication connection in a mobile terminal. Preferably, the present invention comprises transmitting a communication request signal for attempting a communication connection with a device, receiving a signal for indicating the progress of the communication connection, wherein a ring-back tone is generated upon receiving the signal, and controlling an output of the ring-back tone until the communication connection is accomplished.
Abstract:
A delay locked loop includes a buffer for outputting an internal clock by buffering an external clock, a delay block for delaying the internal clock in response to one of control signals or a selection signal, thereby outputting a delayed clock, a control signal generation block for generating at least one control signal according to a phase difference between the internal clock and a feedback clock generated by delaying the delayed clock by a delay time taken for the internal clock to be output, a selection block for outputting at least one selection signal in response to a signal instructing an off mode of the delay locked loop, thereby controlling a delay time in the delay block, and an output driver for driving the delayed clock.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming conductive structures on a substrate. Each of the conductive structures has a line shape that extends along a first direction parallel to the substrate. Insulating spacers are formed on upper sidewalls of the conductive structures. An insulating interlayer is formed that covers the conductive structures. A portion of the insulating interlayer between the conductive structures is etched to form a contact hole. An upper portion of the contact hole is larger than a lower portion thereof. The upper portion of the contact hole has a first width along the first direction and a second width along a second direction parallel to the substrate and substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The first width is substantially larger than the second width. The contact hole is filled with a conductive material to form a contact plug.

An air conditioner comprises: a first compression unit (C1) and a second compression unit (C2) for respecitvely compressing a refrigerant; an outdoor heat exchanger (200) provided at an outdoor unit and connected via the second control valve (400) to the first compression unit (C1) and the second compression unit (C2); and indoor heat exchanger (100) provided at an indoor unit is connected via the second control valve (400) to the first compression unit (C1) and the second compression unit (C2) and via the expansion valve (700) to the outdoor heat exchanger; and a first control valve (500) for controlling a refrigerant flow by selectively connecting the first compression unit (C1) and the second compression unit (C2) in series or in parallel. As the first compression unit (C1) and the second compression unit (C2) are selevtively connected to each other in series or in paralell, a capacity of the air conditioner is varied according to a change of an indoor temperature and fabrication cost is minimized.

A test pattern includes a normal pattern, an abnormal pattern having predetermined defects, and a conductive line electrically connected to the normal pattern and electrically isolated from the abnormal pattern. Thus, a non-contact test process and a contact test process may be compatible with the single test pattern.
