摘要: An infrared lens unit according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a lens barrel, and one infrared lens disposed inside the lens barrel. The infrared lens unit further includes a tubular driving member that is disposed between the lens barrel and the infrared lens and that holds the infrared lens directly or by means of a holding member. The linear expansion coefficient of the driving member is different from the linear expansion coefficient of the lens barrel. The object-side part of the driving member is fixed to the lens barrel. The image-side part of the outer periphery of the infrared lens or the holding member is fixed to the image-side part of the driving member.

The attaching portion includes a hard component and a hard material. The hard component is at least one selected from the group consisting of TiC, TiCN, W, WC, Al2O3, and a combination of at least one of CBN and diamond and at least one of W and WC. The hard material includes one or two or more types of iron group elements, and has a Young's modulus of not more than 350 GPa. The core portion includes a cemented carbide material. The surface portion includes PCD or CBN. The cutting portion has a chamfer portion. The surface portion includes a groove, a flank face, and a cutting edge. The cutting edge extends toward the attaching portion.

摘要: A control portion and semiconductor switches included in a power supply system function as a current control device. The source of the semiconductor switch is connected to the source of the semiconductor switch. The two semiconductor switches connect the respective positive electrodes of a first power storage element and a second power storage element to each other. The control portion controls a current flowing between the drains of the two semiconductor switches by substantially simultaneously turning on or off the two semiconductor switches. The respective breakdown voltages between the drain and the source of the two semiconductor switches are different from each other.
