Abstract: The invention provides a retractable friction stir welding spindle, aims at the deficiencies and defects of the existing friction stir welding spindle technology, that is, when the welding is finished, the stirring needle leaves a keyhole at the end of the weld seam, which affects the forming performance of the workpiece, the overall structure design of the spindle is complicated with many transmission chains and low reliability which is difficult to realize modularization. The retractable friction stir welding spindle includes an electric spindle system and a retracting mechanism. The electric spindle system includes stirring shaft shoulder, hilt, front end cover, hollow spindle, motorized spindle shell, motor rotor, motor stator, tail end cover, etc. The retracting mechanism includes stirring needle, connecting ball head and electric cylinder. The invention has the advantages of simple structure and can be mainly divided into two modules to improve reliability and integrity. The invention can also avoid the generation of friction stir welding keyhole.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for checking or testing the profile of the path of contact of involute helical cylindrical gears. It specifically involves the coordinate measurement method of the profile of the path of contact of involute helical cylindrical gears. The crossed helical gear transmits motion through the profile of the path of contact, and checking or testing the profile of the path of contact can reflect the transmission quality and working stability of the gear and the actual motion condition. In the gear hobbing, the grinding, the shaving and other generating machining, the movement of tools and gears is achieved based on the profile of the path of contact, and controlling the profile of the path of contact has unique advantages in controlling the quality of gear processing. The four-axis control method for measuring the profile of the path of contact on the gear tooth surface is achieved through a gear measuring instrument, which can effectively improve its measurement accuracy easily affected by the size of the tested gear. In addition, the three-axis control method for measuring the profile of the path of contact is a simplified method by limiting the radial movements. And the normal generation method and the conventional method for measuring the involute profile can be achieved by limiting the radial and axial movements separately. This method is also suitable for measuring the involute of spur cylindrical gears, where the profile of the path of contact on the gear tooth surface coincides with the involute profile.

Abstract: The invention provides a laser rapid fabrication method for flexible gallium nitride (GaN) photodetector which comprises the following steps: (1) bonding a flexible substrate to a GaN epitaxial wafer; (2) adjusting the focal plane position of a light beam, and ensuring that the light beam is incident from the side of a GaN epitaxial wafer substrate; (3) enabling the light beam to perform scanning irradiation from the edge of a sample structure obtained in the step (1); (4) adjusting the process parameters, and scanning irradiation in the reverse direction along the path in the step (3); (5) remove the original rigid transparent substrate of the epitaxial wafer to obtain a Ga metal nanoparticle/GaN film/flexible substrate structure; and (6) preparing interdigital electrodes on the surfaces of the Ga metal nanoparticles obtained in the step (5). The flexible GaN photodetector with Ga metal nanoparticle in-situ distribution detection surface is prepared in one step through laser technology, the process is simplified, meanwhile, the surface of the detector is induced to form the surface plasmon resonance effect, the light absorption and light response performance is greatly enhanced, and the flexible gallium nitride photodetector is suitable for industrial production.

It is beneficial to subsequent recovery of precious metals and has the characteristics of short tail liquid discharge.

The disclosure also relates to an installation method of roadway low-position lighting fixtures and a road on which the lighting fixtures are installed. The invention overcomes the problems in the existing lighting fixture design in terms of the characteristic indicators of light source, installation height and light distribution.

Abstract: A method for advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal of domestic sewage based on DEAMOX in AOAO process with sludge double-reflux is disclosed. The method comprises allowing domestic sewage and returned sludge of the secondary sedimentation tank (3) to enter the anaerobic zone (2.1) of the AOAO reactor (2), firstly performing partial denitrification by the denitrifying bacteria, reducing nitrate-nitrogen in the returned sludge to nitrite-nitrogen, then converting ammonia-nitrogen and nitrite-nitrogen into nitrogen by anammox bacteria, and phosphate accumulating bacteria and denitrifying phosphate accumulating organisms performing anaerobic phosphate release and storing internal carbon source; then allowing part of the mixed liquid to enter the intermediate aerobic zone (2.2) of the AOAO bioreactor (2) to carry out phosphate uptake and nitrification reaction, allowing another part of the mixed liquid to enter the anoxic zone (2.3) of the AOAO bioreactor (2), at same time allowing all the mixed liquid of the intermediate aerobic zone (2.2) and part of returned sludge of the secondary sedimentation tank (3) to enter the anoxic zone (2.3), using the internal carbon source stored in the anaerobic compartment and the internal carbon source in the returned sludge to carry out partial denitrification, anammox, denitrifying dephosphatation, and then allowing the mixed liquid to enter the post aerobic zone (2.4) and subsequently enter the secondary sedimentation tank (3) for mud-water separation. An apparatus for advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal of domestic sewage based on DEAMOX in AOAO process with sludge double-reflux is also disclosed.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method of separating and extracting rare-earths from rare-earth polishing powder waste and regenerating rare-earth polishing powder, which is characterized by: firstly, process the waste powder with first acid leaching, alkali roasting, and second acid leaching to separate and extract rare-earths from rare-earth polishing powder waste to obtain the leaching solution of rare-earth chloride; secondly, precipitate from the leaching solution with ammonia to remove impurities and hydrochloric acid solution to obtain the purified solution of rare-earth chloride; thirdly, co-precipitate from the solution acquired in the second step with hydrofluoric acid, ammonium bicarbonate, and dispersant to obtain the lanthanum cerium fluoro-carbonate; and finally, after drying, two-stage high-temperature calcination, and ball milling, the regenerated rare-earth polishing powder with decent polishing performance can be obtained. The total leaching efficiency of rare-earths in the rare-earth polishing powder waste of the present invention reaches more than 95%, and the total recovery efficiency of rare-earths reaches more than 93%, which realizes the efficient separation, extraction, and regeneration of rare-earths in the rare-earth polishing powder waste.
