    摘要: A motor structure is disclosed. The motor structure includes a stator and a rotor. Among these, the stator further includes a coil seat defined by a bottom plate, a plurality of first teeth and a plurality of second teeth. A coil is formed in the coil seat. The first teeth formed around inner periphery of the bottom plate and have a first extending portion extending so as to constitute a reversed L shape. The second teeth formed around outer periphery of the bottom plate and have a second extending portion so as to constitute a reversed L shape. The rotor, coupled to the stator, further have a circular magnet formed above the coil seat, the first extending portion and the second extending portion. Each of the first and second extending portions further includes a chamfer, a fillet, a clearance, a fold and different dimension.

The hub has a top section, an annular section and multiple recesses. The annular section axially extends from a circumference of the top section. The annular section and the top section together define a receiving space. The recesses are formed at a junction between the top section and the annular section. The securing sections are disposed in the receiving space and formed oppositely between the recesses. The manufacturing method of the fan impeller structure enables the manufacturing process to be simplified. Moreover, by using the securing sections, magnetic members can be quickly connected with and secured to inner circumference of the hub to save working time.

    摘要: A fan impeller structure includes an annular body. The annular body has a top section and a receiving space. At least one first bending section is formed between the top section and the annular body. At least one recess is formed at the first bending section. At least one flow guide hole is formed between the first bending section and the recess in communication with the receiving space. In operation, the airflow conducted into the receiving space is increased. Moreover, no matter whether the fan impeller structure is clockwise rotated or counterclockwise rotated, the airflow can be conducted into the receiving space through the flow guide hole. Accordingly, the heat dissipation effect will not be affected by the rotational direction of the fan impeller structure.

    摘要: A fan bearing retaining structure includes a base and a ring member. The base has a bearing cup projected from one side thereof, and the bearing cup internally defines an axial bore for receiving a bearing therein. The ring member is fitted around an outer side of the bearing cup and defines an opening, such that an inner side of the opening tightly contacts with the outer side of the bearing cup to apply a radially inward compression toward the axial bore. With these arrangements, a portion of the axial bore corresponding to the ring member fitted around the bearing cup has a reduced inner diameter to thereby effectively retain the bearing in the bearing cup, enabling a fan to be manufactured at reduced cost.

    摘要: A fan with central intake comprises a fan frame, a fan wheel and a fan motor. The fan frame provides a hub seat with an annular spacing for fluid flowing through and a joining part at the center of the hub seat for supporting the bearings. The fan wheel is received in the fan frame and provides a hub with an open side and a hollow side with a circular opening. The annular spacing associated with the circular opening constitutes a central flow route for admitting fluid to pass through such that heat from the central area of a radiator under the fan can be dissipated efficiently.

    摘要: A support device of a motor shaft includes a shaft, a shaft seat and a bearing. The shaft is joined to a fan blade set at an end thereof and provides a circular shape at another end thereof. The shaft seat has a circular recess corresponding to the circular end so as to join with the shaft. The bearing fits with the shaft to support the shaft during the shaft rotating and the shaft seat further has a hollow space at the center thereof to receive the shaft. Due to being attached to the shaft seat and supported, the shaft is capable of rotating steadily to overcome deficiency of swinging residing in the prior art.

    摘要: A rotor balance structure, which comprises a vane shell, a rotor case installed on the inner side of the vane shell, and a magnet installed on the inner side of the rotor case. The rotor is coupled with a stator, which comprises a coil and a magnetic conduction silicon steel set. When the coil on the stator is provided with an electrical current and generates a magnetic field, the magnet is attracted through the magnetic conduction silicon steel set to rotate the rotor balance structure. The feature of the rotor balance structure of the present invention is in that a magnetically conductive plate is included and installed under the inner side of the vane shell top. The magnetically conductive plate does not have any magnetic conduction with the rotor case but has an attractive magnetic interaction with the coil so that the rotational balance of the rotor balance structure can be improved.
