摘要: A stator seat of a motor includes a pillow, a connector, a waterproof element and cables. A sleeve is extended from the pillow. A cap covers the pillow and sleeve. A control chamber is formed and enclosed by the cap and pillow. The pillow has a through hole communicated with the control chamber. The connector corresponsive to the through hole is installed in the control chamber and includes a first connecting structure. The waterproof element covers the through hole and includes an annular groove and an O-ring clamped between the waterproof element and pillow, and a second connecting structure. The first and second connecting structures are passed through the through hole. An insertion hole is penetrated through the waterproof element. Each of the cables has an end connected to the connector and the other end passed out from the pillow through the insertion hole and through hole.

摘要: A gas turbine engine may have a fan section that includes a variable pitch mechanism for changing the pitch of fan blades. The gas turbine engine may include a fan hub that is rotatable about an engine central longitudinal axis of the gas turbine engine and a blade receiver that is for holding a fan blade and that is rotatably coupled to the fan hub and may be rotatable about a radial axis of the gas turbine engine. The gas turbine engine may include a spring element disposed between the fan hub and the blade receiver to bias the blade receiver radially outward and an annular retaining ring may be disposed around the radial axis and between the fan hub and the blade receiver to limit radially outward movement of the blade receiver to prevent the blade receiver from decoupling and disengaging from the fan hub.

The bearing is accommodated within the bearing stand. The impeller includes a metallic case, a hub, plural blades and a rotating shaft. The metallic case has a top wall and a sidewall. The hub is sheathed around the metallic case. The blades are disposed around an outer periphery of the hub. The rotating shaft is inserted into a central opening of the top wall and penetrated through the bearing stand, wherein no raised ring structure is formed in the top wall of the metallic case, and the rotating shaft and the metallic case are jointed together by a laser welding process. The magnetic element is disposed on an inner wall of the metallic case and aligned with the stator.

摘要: An impeller of an axial fan includes a cup-shaped blade support portion configured to cover a rotor holder, and blades in a circumferential direction outside of the blade support portion. A tangent to a radially outer surface of the first cone portion crosses the second balance correction portion.

The modular mounting bracket is disposed on the bobbin bracket. The modular mounting bracket is formed with a first slide structure. The first slide structure is perpendicular to an axial direction of the bobbin bracket. A sensing circuit board is disposed in the modular change box. The modular change box is formed with a second slide structure. The second slide structure is perpendicular to the axial direction of the bobbin bracket and slidably connected into the first slide structure, so as to assemble the modular change box to the modular mounting bracket along a radial direction of the bobbin bracket.

摘要: A system is disclosed for measuring displacement of a regulation system for a variable pitch axial fan. The system includes a hub having a plurality of adjustable pitch fan blades. A hydraulic cylinder is connected to the hub. A piston is disposed within the hydraulic cylinder. The piston is coupled to a piston shaft that is axially movable with respect to the hub. The piston shaft is coupled to an actuation assembly for adjusting the pitch of the plurality of adjustable pitch fan blades in response to an axial movement of the piston. A rotating oil union includes a housing and an interior element, the interior element coupled to the hydraulic cylinder so that rotation of the cylinder and the hub causes rotation of the interior element. The rotating oil union includes a static housing and a central probe fixed to the static housing. The central probe extends through respective openings in the interior element, the hydraulic cylinder, and the piston. The central probe is configured to sense an axial position of the piston and to generate a signal representative of said axial position. A method for using the system is also disclosed.
