Abstract: A method and apparatus for determining uplink scheduling information. The method includes a user equipment (UE) reports full power transmission capability and/or coherence transmission capability to a base station, determining a codebook subset of a codebook-based PUSCH and/or second information according to first information, the first information comprising at least one of the following information: the full power transmission capability, the coherence transmission capability, codebook subset restriction information of the codebook-based PUSCH, and first instruction, and the second information comprising an overhead indicated by a precoded matrix and the number of transport layers of the codebook-based PUSCH and/or an encoding mode indicated by the precoded matrix and the number of transport layers of the codebook-based PUSCH, and receiving uplink scheduling information of the codebook-based PUSCH, and determining the precoded matrix and the number of transport layers of the codebook-based PUSCH according to the uplink scheduling information of the codebook-based PUSCH.

Abstract: A method for signal measuring, a terminal and a network-side device are provided. The method is applied to a terminal, and the method includes: receiving a measurement-configuration information sent by a network-side device, wherein the measurement-configuration information contains at least a reported group quantity of a measured value of a target measurement parameter, and the target measurement parameter refers to a parameter of a target measurement signal; according to the measurement-configuration information, measuring the target measurement parameter; and sending the measured value of the target measurement parameter to the network-side device. The embodiments of the method solve the problem that, in the conventional 5G NR system, the configuration information for reference signals has not been complete.

In the embodiments of the present application, a terminal releases, according to a QoE configuration type notified by a network-side device, a QoE configuration corresponding to the QoE configuration type notified by the network-side device, such that the QoE configuration can be flexibly released, thereby further improving the system performance.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present application provide an antenna port indication method, a terminal and a network-side device. Said method includes: transmitting a port indication message to a network-side device; and the port indication message carries at least any one of the following port indication information: bitmap information or combination coefficient information for indicating ports selected by a terminal; a first parameter for indicating the ports selected by the terminal; or a second parameter for indicating ports selected by the terminal in a first polarization direction and a third parameter for indicating the ports selected by the terminal in a second polarization direction. The embodiments of the present application achieve the indication of ports selected by a terminal.
