Abstract:
A water disintegratable non-woven fabric having excellent water disintegratability and high wet strength can be obtained by a step of forming a fiber web from fibers having a fiber length of 10 mm or less, a step of applying a water jet treatment to the fiber web to obtain a fiber sheet having wet strength of less than 100 g/25 mm in MD and CD, the wet strength being defined by tensile strength at break of the fiber sheet, as measured by using a tensilon tester with a chuck distance of 100 mm, at a tensile speed of 100 mm/min to the fiber sheet which is cut into 25 mm width and 150 mm length and impregnated with water in an amount 2.5 times the weight of the fiber sheet, and a step of adding at least one binder selected from the group consisting of carboxymethyl cellulose, alkylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol and modified polyvinyl alcohol to the fiber sheet. The water disintegratable non-woven fabric is sufficiently bulky and has an excellent wiping effect.
Abstract:
Angle bounds of a normal energization of the coil of an electric motor are generated in accordance with a combination of a rotation direction and a torque direction of the electric motor. Angle bounds of the decided energization are determined based on a decision of either energization or deenergization of the coil and the detected rotation angle of the rotor. An abnormal condition is determined to exist when the angle bounds of the decided energization are not within the angle bounds of the normal energization.

Abstract:
Disclosed are a wafer-level lens array, a method of manufacturing a wafer-level lens array, a lens module, and an imaging unit capable of preventing the permeation of air into a substrate unit or a lens unit to be molded when a wafer-level lens array having the substrate unit and the lens units integrated with each other is molded. There is provided a method of integrally manufacturing a wafer-level lens array including a substrate unit and a plurality of lens units arranged on the substrate unit using a transfer mold having a plurality of concave portions corresponding to at least the plurality of lens units provided in a surface thereof. The method includes: supplying a resin to each concave portion, the amount of resin supplied being more than the volume of the concave portion; and performing molding to integrate the resin overflowing from the concave portions, thereby forming the substrate unit.
Abstract:
A winding device is provided behind a rearmost-row seat and extends in a vehicle width direction to wind up a tonneau cover member. The tonneau cover member comprises a cover body portion and a board portion connected to a rear end of the cover body portion and has its rear end portion capable of engaging with an engaged portion of a lift gate. The lift gate further includes a pair of restraint portions at a specified position of both end portions of the inner face thereof which is located above the engaged portion, which is operative to restrain the cover body portion from moving upward when the lift gate is fully open and the tonneau cover member engages with the lift gate through a contact thereof with the board portion to stop further upward moving of the board portion.
Abstract:
A target value for yaw angle velocity gain is computed according to a map expressing a relationship between steering wheel angle and yaw angle velocity gain predetermined such that a direction as seen from a driver of a target destination point for vehicle travel at a predetermined time after a forward gaze and a direction as seen from the driver are caused to match each other, and a steering gear ratio is controlled accordingly. A target value for a steering wheel torque corresponding to the detected steering wheel angle and the acquired yaw angular velocity is set, based on a relationship between yaw angular velocity and resistance-feel level predetermined such that the resistance feel level for a driver monotonically increases with increasing yaw angular velocity. Control is then preformed so as to realize the steering wheel torque target value.
