Abstract: The present disclosure provides an assembly structure for providing power for a chip. The assembly structure includes a circuit board configured to provide a first electrical energy; a chip provided with at least one electrical energy input terminal; and a first power converting module provided with at least one power output terminal. The first power converting module is electrically connected to the circuit board and the chip, converts the first electrical energy to a second electrical energy, and supplies the second electrical energy to the chip. The circuit board, the chip and the first power converting module are stacked; and a projection of the at least one electrical energy input terminal of the chip on the circuit board and a projection of the at least one the power output terminal of the first power converting module on the circuit board, are at least partially overlapped.

Abstract: A heating device includes a first capacitor, a first switch, a second switch, a second capacitor, a third capacitor, a coil and a controller. The first and second switch are coupled in series at a first node, and are coupled with the first capacitor in parallel. The second capacitor is coupled to the first switch. The third capacitor is coupled to the second switch, and is coupled to the second capacitor at a second node. The coil is coupled between the first and the second node. The controller outputs a first and a second control signal to the first switch and the second switch, respectively. After the heating device received a voltage and a starting command, the controller outputs the first and the second control signal to turn on or off the first and the second switch respectively. The duty cycle of the first signal is lower than 50%.

Abstract: A water cooling device includes a first collector, a second collector and a plurality of tubes. The first collector includes a receiving chamber and a plurality of distribution chamber. The receiving chamber has an inlet for receiving a working fluid. Each of the distribution chambers includes a first wall portion and a second wall portion opposite to the first wall portion. The first wall portion has an opening communicating with the receiving chamber. The second wall portion has an outlet. Each of the tubes is connected to the outlet of one of the distribution chambers on one end, and is connected to the second collector on another end.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a motor including a stator, a rotor and a first circuit board. The stator includes a winding assembly including a plurality of coils. Abstract: An antenna array device provided, which includes a substrate, multiple antenna elements, a metal ground plate and a first isolation unit group. The multiple antenna elements are disposed on a first surface of the substrate. The first isolation unit group is disposed between adjacent two of the multiple antenna elements.
