    摘要: The invention is directed generally to a correlated double-sampling (CDS) circuit using a smaller number of capacitors than conventional circuits. In embodiments of the invention, a first portion of the CDS circuit uses just two capacitors to sample the reset voltage, amplify the sampled reset voltage, and subtract a first reference voltage from the amplified reset voltage. A second portion of the CDS circuit uses just two capacitors to sample the signal voltage, amplify the sampled signal voltage, and subtract a second reference voltage from the amplified signal voltage. Embodiments of the invention also provide a cyclic analog-to-digital converter (ADC) including the CDS circuit.

    摘要: An image sensor includes a delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) including a delta-sigma modulator (DSM) and a voltage adjusting circuit. The DSM is configured to perform delta-sigma modulation on an analog signal from a unit pixel. The delta-sigma ADC is configured to convert the analog signal to a digital signal. The voltage adjusting circuit includes a replica inverter having a same configuration as at least one inverter included in the DSM. The voltage adjusting circuit is configured to adjust a power supply voltage and an input voltage provided to the at least one inverter based on a current flowing in the replica inverter.

    摘要: The present invention provides a desktop sterilizer for books. The sterilizer includes an openable main body which has a sterilization chamber therein and is closable by a door so as to be openable through an opening, and a book holder which is provided in the sterilization chamber to maintain the covers of a book in a state of being unfolded. The sterilizer further includes a sterilizing UV lamp which sterilizes the book, and an air discharger which is connected to a blower and blows air towards the proximal edges of pages bound to a book spine of the book held by the book holder, thus opening the pages of the book. The sterilizer further includes a static electricity generating unit which charges the book with static electricity, such that the pages of the book are laid open by a static electric repulsive force, an aroma generating unit which generates an aroma and supplies it into the sterilization chamber using the air discharger, and a control computer which controls the sterilizing UV lamp and the blower.
