The insert-molded cover includes a metallic body (11) and a plastic antenna lid (12) integrally formed on an edge of the metallic body. An outer surface (101) of a junction of the metallic body and the plastic antenna lid is smooth and painted by a coating (13). The present invention also relates a method for manufacturing an insert-molded cover for electronic devices.

This invention is an insulated shockproof fuse with the main characteristic that it is wrapped by two semicircle shockproofs works to a ladder-like round rod, its two ends are extended outside to a suitable length and bended as 90 degree to make 2 electrically conductive hats hasped inversely at the corner of 90 degree together as a whole to allow the two ends of electrically conductive hats to be embedded in typical cutout case, it will be fused while unusual high voltage passing through and prevent the electricity discharging through the electric ions in the air by the sealed insulated materials at two sides, thereby achieve the manufacturing effect in blocking the momentary passing of high voltage effectively and preventing the electrical appliances from being damaged.

The protruding tail of the fin on the upper side of the heat sink is formed as a cone, hence the blowing-in airflow follows the lead to the bottom resulting in better performance of ejection.There is a tooling hole on the side plate of the underside in the heat sink for the convenience of separating the adjacency heat sinks and separators in suitable space.There is also a corresponding retaining hole above the separator. This will force the two rivets pass through the fixed body in order. The thin cone heat sink could increase the space of the separators and double the area of the heat radiation, help the airflow absorb the heat following the surrounding air and simultaneously increase the heat ejection performance so as to achieve the main usages for the industry of cooling down the chip rapidly.

This invention is the structure of a safety plug that is used to switch power in sequence easily and is composed of main body, upper housing, copper strip, flexible conductive strip, a non-conductive switch-gear with a curved block on its lateral side; a conductive curve strip embedded on the same axis of the said switch-gear so that they can rotate simultaneously; and two wires with long- and short-end are compressed tightly on the copper strip and on the wires of the joint point of the flexible conductive strip, respectively. The structure is designed so that when the switch-gear rotates in 360 degrees, the curved block will rotate simultaneously. Two corresponding curved blocks are used to control the rotation in order to connect the curve strip to the front and back conductive strips. There is a gap on the bottom of the curved blocks in order to increase the flexibility factor of the conductive strip's forward and reverse performance. Consequently, this invention is invented for easy power switch in sequence, so as to prevent the loosing plug by eliminating the frequent plug and unplug actions, and the danger of electric shock.

The present invention relates to an improved glued light core for a light-emitting diode (LED), which provides an optical lamp body integrally formed on an upper end of an LED lead frame. In particular, the optical lamp body is designed as a glued structure with minimal epoxy, to simplify a complicated packaging operation in a conventional manufacturing process, to directly fasten a crystal cup, a crystal cell and a conductive gold wire to the upper end of the lead frame by the epoxy, and to provide illumination comparable to that of general light core. Additionally, a light-emitting housing is made of polychloroprene or plastic resin which is able to be applied or injected outside the glued light core, such that a light source inside the glued light core emits light beams through the light-emitting housing to form collection or stray lights of a special light source with multiple variations. Thus, the manufacturing process and multiple applications of the LED can be greatly simplified.
