Abstract:
A method and apparatus for horizontally shifting an article group or article layer, composed of a plurality of articles, from a first position and/or from a conveying movement into a second rest position while largely maintaining the relative positions of the articles in the article layer or group to each other, said transfer being effected by at least one first pusher bar engaging with the articles located at the back of the article group or article layer, as considered in relation to the conveying or feed direction. A support bar, which is at least temporarily allocated to the articles located at the front of the article group or layer, as considered in relation to the conveying direction, moves ahead at a slight distance from or abuts on the foremost articles of the article group or layer at least immediately before or on reaching the rest position.

The invention further relates to an automatic exchange machine (10) for exchanging working tools (2) and/or for adapting the format parts of at least two different working areas (AP) of a container treatment system (1, 13).
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for conveying, handling, manipulating, stacking, and/or palletizing articles (20), piece goods, and/or bundles, which are fed in conveying direction (38) to a handling station and/or grouping station (52) and are taken up there within a defined manipulating section (50) by means of a handling device and/or manipulating device (34), are rotated and/or shifted and thus respectively brought into an arrangement (46) to each other so as to be stackable or palletizable. The arrangements (46) are subsequently stacked on top of one another and/or palletized for the purpose of forming stacked layers (60) of articles, piece goods, and/or bundles. The articles (20), piece goods, and/or bundles are transferred to the handling station and/or grouping station (52) as pairs or triplets (14), which have been stacked pairwise or triple-wise on top of one another in a stacking station 64 arranged upstream. Moreover disclosed is a corresponding arrangement of stations (12) for conveying, handling, and/or palletizing, which are arranged consecutively in conveying direction (38), for the purpose of conveying, handling, manipulating, stacking, and/or palletizing articles (20), piece goods, and/or bundles. A handling station and/or grouping station (52) comprises a handling device and/or manipulating device (34) for taking up, rotating, and/or shifting the articles (20), piece goods, and/or bundles within a defined manipulating section (50). Arranged downstream in conveying direction (38) from the handling station and/or grouping station (52) is a palletizing station (54) for the purpose of stacking and/or palletizing stackable or palletizable arrangements (46) of articles, piece goods, and/or bundles. In addition, a stacking station (64) is arranged upstream in conveying direction (38) from the handling station and/or grouping station (52) for the purpose of pairwise or triple-wise stacking on top of one another articles (20), piece goods, and/or bundles before they are transferred to the handling station and/or grouping station (52).
Abstract:
A device for manufacturing and filling beverage containers (12) having thin walls and/or at least partially unstable shapes under the influence of heat is described, in which the containers (12) are manufactured by blow molding of preforms (10), then filled with a hot liquid filling product (16), next pressurized by a compressed gas (18), and then sealed. The preforms (10) and the containers (12) molded therefrom are pressurized during blow molding at a blow molding temperature, which is essentially below 110° C.
Abstract:
During grouping, articles (01) from an incoming article flow are grouped on a staging surface (02) and are transported away after completion of the grouping in order to make space for a new grouping. During grouping, the articles (01) are also detected by sensor with regard to their entry alignment and/or entry position in the article flow in order to subsequently bring them into a final alignment and final position corresponding to their arrangement in the grouping to be achieved. During grouping, the articles (01) located on the staging surface (02) are also detected by sensor. The method includes the steps: A. obtaining an actual alignment and an actual position (03) of the articles (01) located on the staging surface (02) with the aid of the sensor detection; B. recognizing mispositioned or fallen articles (05) by comparing the actual alignment and actual position (03) of the articles (01) with a desired alignment and a desired position in a desired state (04) of the articles (01) to be achieved in a grouping to be formed up to that point from the articles (01) that are located on the staging surface (02); and C. if it is recognized that one or a plurality of articles (05) are in a wrong position or alignment: issuing of a disruption message; and/or interrupting of the grouping; or automatic removing of the disruption by modifying the position and/or the alignment of the one or more articles (05), that are in a wrong position or alignment.

Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a system (1) for arranging a plurality of articles moved in at least one mass flow (M1, M2). Articles designed identically in respect of an allocation feature (A, B, C) are fed to a separate buffer station (P1, P2, P3) from the at least one mass flow (M1, M2) and stored in the buffer station (P1, P2, P3). A specified compilation (Z1, Z2) of articles is then formed wherein stored articles are removed from one or more of the buffer stations (P1, P2, P3) in consideration of the specified compilation (Z1, Z2) and forwarded and/or guided to a handling station (10) in a defined sequence and/or arrangement.
