    摘要: A retardation film of the present invention comprises a stretched film of a polymer film containing a norbornene-based resin, wherein the stretched film satisfies the following equation (1) and the equation (2); 100 nm≦(nx−ny)·d≦350 nm,  (1) 0.1≦(nx−nz)/(nx−ny)≦0.9,  (2) where the refractive indices in the slow axis direction, the fast axis direction and the thickness direction of the film are nx, ny and nz, respectively, d(nm) is thickness of the film, and the slow axis direction is a direction that the refractive index in film plane is maximum. The retardation film is hard to cause a shift or an unevenness of a retardation value due to a stress.

In the present transmission apparatus, DPCH transmission power control section 105 controls the transmission power of dedicated channel so that transmission power in periods corresponding to packet insertion periods of downlink shared channel becomes larger than that in other periods. Amplification sections 104-1 to 104-N amplify the transmission power of dedicated channel based on the control of DPCH transmission power control section 105. Dedicated channel and downlink shared channel are multiplexed in multiplexing section 106. The multiplexed signal is converted into radio frequency in RF section 107, and then transmitted as radio signal from antenna 108.

    摘要: A start control apparatus has a steering lock mechanism, which includes a lock pin and a lock control unit. The lock pin is selectively engaged and disengaged from the steering shaft. The lock control unit controls the lock pin. The start control apparatus further includes a portable communication device, a verification control unit, which communicates with the portable communication device, a power source control unit, which control power supply, an engine control unit, which controls the engine, a lock state detecting switch, which detects an engaged state and a disengaged state of the lock pin. The lock control unit and the power source control unit monitor detection signals from the lock state detecting switch. The engine is permitted to be started on condition that the control units acknowledge that the lock bar is in the disengaged state.
