摘要: A transmission for a working vehicle like a tractor of the invention is housed in a transmission housing 1 interposed between an engine and a rear axle housing 2. An interior of transmission housing 1 is divided into a front chamber A and a rear chamber B through a partition wall 1a. In front chamber A is disposed a main-clutch system partition centering a traveling-input shaft 7. In rear chamber B is disposed a speed-changing system as a combination of reversing arrangement and multi-speed-changing arrangement. In a rear-opening of housing 1 is disposed a bearing plate 3. In rear chamber B, a first speed-changing shaft 8, a second speed-changing shaft 9 and a front transmission output shaft 10 are supported in parallel between wall 1a and plate 3. A regular speed-reduction gear train and a reversing speed-reduction gear train are interposed ed between shafts 8 and 9, so that shafts 8 and 9 can be connected with each other through one of the gear trains by a first clutch device C1 on shaft 8. A second clutch device C2 is on shaft 9 so as to selectively connect shafts 7 and 9 directly. A plurality of gear trains for multi-speed stages are interposed between shafts 9 and 10, so that shafts 9 and 10 are connected with each other through one of the gear trans by a third clutch device C3 on shaft 10. A cover 51 is settled on housing 1. A main (second) speed-changing lever 52 and a sub (first) speed-changing lever 52 are disposed respectively at both lateral sides of cover 51. Third clutch device C3 is operated by lever 52. First and second clutch devices C1 and C2 are selectively operated by lever 55.

摘要: A bearing support frame (4) is disposed within a rear end portion of a tractor front housing (1) and is fixedly supported by this housing which has an internal partition wall (1a) and an open rear end. An additional speed change mechanism (12) having plural fluid-operated clutches (54F, 54R) mounted on a primary shaft (7) of a high level which extends through the partition wall is disposed within a rear half of the front housing such that it is operable to perform a speed change transmission between the primary shaft and a co-axial output shaft (10) supported by the support frame. Fluid supply passages (55F, 55R, 55L) in the primary shaft are connected to fluid supply passages (61F, 61R, 61L) in the partition wall through annular fluid chambers (60F, 60R, 60L) defined between the primary shaft and a hollow cylindrical portion (37) of the partition wall. A control valve assembly (63) supported by the front housing extends through a side wall of this housing and includes a directional control valve (78), pressure-reducing valve (83), modulating relief valve (86), and lubricant regulator valves (90, 91).

摘要: With regard to the present invention, valves are modularized so as to improve operativity, and the valves are formed by one member and changed the arrangement thereof so as to be miniaturized, thereby making the maintain work easy. Namely, a PTO rear cover 3c, in which a PTO driving mechanism having a PTO clutch 28 is housed, is attached to a rear end of a rear housing 3 of a vehicle body, PTO valve equipment 72 controlling on/off of the PTO clutch 28 is provided integrally with the PTO rear cover 3c, and an oil passage communicating the PTO valve equipment 72 with the PTO clutch 28 and a hydraulic port are formed in the inside of the PTO rear cover 3c. A plurality of valves is provided so as to control operation of a forward/rearward travel selector 210 and fixed to one of side surfaces of a front housing 201, an attachment member 281 formed by one plate-like member touches the vehicle body housing 201, and the valves are arranged on substantial same plane in parallel to the touching surface.

摘要: A baffle plate used for a transmission that has a transmission mechanism including a rotating body operatably connected to a drive source and has a housing receiving the transmission mechanism and having a storage space where oil can be stored. The baffle plate is installed in the housing so as to separate the storage space of the housing in a liquid sealing manner into a surrounding space surrounding at least the lowermost end portion of the rotating body and into a main space other than the surrounding space. In the state installed in the housing, oil in the surrounding space is moved to the main space by pump effect induced by rotating motion of the rotating body. The baffle plate can effectively prevent, with a sufficient amount of oil stored in the housing, the lowering of transmission efficiency of the transmission mechanism caused by the stored oil.

摘要: In a front housing (1) including at a front end portion thereof an engine flywheel (6), there are provided a primary drive shaft (8) which is co-axial with the flywheel, a transmission shaft (11) which is parallel to the drive shaft, and an output shaft (13) which is co-axial with the drive shaft. The output shaft is connected to a speed change mechanism (17, 20) in a transmission case (2) succeeding to the front housing. A first supplementary speed change mechanism (12) is disposed between the drive shaft and the transmission shaft, and a second supplementary speed change mechanism (14) is disposed between the transmission shaft and the output shaft. One of these supplementary change mechanisms is formed into a direction-reversing mechanism, and the other change mechanism is formed into a high/low speed-selecting mechanism.

摘要: In a tractor comprising a hydraulic lift case (13) mounted on an upper surface of a tractor rear housing (4), a support plate (65) is disposed in an opening (57) in a top wall of the rear housing. This plate is mounted to the rear housing preferably through the lift case which covers the opening. A power take-off shaft (68) is supported in the lift case and is connected to a transmission shaft (34), driven by engine, at a location below the opening through a gear train (60, 61, 62) which passes through the opening and includes an intermediate gear (61) supported by the support plate. This take-off shaft permits taking off power to a spare space at an outside location of the lift case, where at least one pump (71; 72) driven by this shaft is preferably disposed. Another power take-off shaft (36) extending rearwardly of the rear housing is provided and is connected to the transmission shaft through a PTO-clutch (37) and through a speed change mechanism (38). A PTO-brake (63) for braking the latter take-off shaft and an interlock mechanism (64) for locking the change mechanism are provided using the support plate as a support therefor.

摘要: A housing of a transmission which can drive front wheels and rear wheels and a power take-off shaft is constructed having a first chamber and a second chamber. A hydrostatic transmission is housed in the first chamber. A gear-type speed changing unit is housed in the second chamber. A hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor are separately disposed on the inner and outer surfaces of the front wall of the first chamber. A clutch mechanism for engaging or disengaging with or from the front wheels for supplying power thereto is also provided. On the housing is provided a restraint mechanism for restraining rearward acceleration more than a predetermined speed by a speed control lever of the hydrostatic transmission when the gear-type speed changing unit is switched to the high speed setting. Left and right running brake units provided on the vehicle are made independently operable by treading left and right turn brake pedals on a first brake pedal shaft and made simultaneously operable by treading a master brake pedal on a second brake pedal shaft.

摘要: An axle driving apparatus wherein a brake disk is fixed to one of the output shaft of a hydraulic motor and a rotary shaft of a power transmission, and the disk, and a brake disk and an actuator cooperative therewith are held immersed in oil retained in a housing. The advantage of compactness of the disks is utilized, and the disks are given improved durability by being immersed in the oil for cooling and suppression of heat generation.
