摘要: A vehicle electric drive assembly and a new energy vehicle are disclosed. The electric drive assembly comprises a motor and a reducer. The motor comprises a motor shaft, and the reducer comprises an input shaft, an intermediate shaft, and an output shaft. The input shaft is fixedly connected to the motor shaft, the output shaft and the input shaft are coaxially provided, the intermediate shaft is provided parallel to the input shaft and the output shaft, and the input shaft drives the output shaft to rotate through the intermediate shaft. The electric drive assembly has the advantages of compact structure, simple manufacturing, low cost, high performance, and small space occupation.

摘要: An arrangement includes a drive-side transmission with an output shaft of the transmission, which extends along an axis. A work machine with a drive shaft is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the output shaft. To improve stability and to save space, the transmission on the work machine, by the connection between the output shaft and the drive shaft and a torque arm, is supported to the extent of at least 90% of the forces arising during operation. The connection of the output shaft and the drive shaft is configured to be flexurally stiff to support transverse forces. The axial end of the drive shaft is embodied as a hollow shaft. The axial end of the output shaft has a stub which is disposed at least partially in the hollow shaft of the drive shaft.

摘要: Methods and systems for a multi-ratio gear box and four speed transmission are provided. In one example, a first shaft is coupled to one or more input speed reduction gear sets. A second shaft is coupled to a multi-range clutch having a first position and a second position allowing for two speeds. A third shaft is coupled to a low-speed clutch and a fourth shaft is coupled to a high-speed clutch, together doubling the number of speeds. The high and low-speed clutches provide a large gear spread that allow the multi-range clutches to have a reduced gear spread, overall reducing the required size of the transmission. A fifth shaft, coupled to the fourth shaft via a gear, may be an output shaft spaced away from the electric motors, thereby creating a short flange to flange distance.

The first shaft is supported by a first bearing. The gear portion includes a second shaft rotatable about a second axis below the first axis. A lubricant is provided in a first bearing holding portion of the first bearing. A gear housing that houses the gear portion includes an oil passage below the first bearing. A first end of the oil passage is connected to the first bearing holding portion through the first bearing. A second end of the oil passage is connected to a second bearing holding portion of a second bearing that supports the second shaft through an opening below the first bearing.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for operating a drivetrain for a work machine, wherein a first electric motor drives a work drive of the work machine via a first transmission arrangement, wherein a second electric motor drives a traction drive of the work machine via a second transmission arrangement, and wherein, during a shift process of the second transmission arrangement from a relatively low gear ratio stage to a relatively high gear ratio stage, the rotational speed of the second electric motor is reduced. The method according to the disclosure is distinguished by the fact that, during the shift process, a driving connection is produced between the first electric motor and the second transmission arrangement by a first clutch, such that, during the shift process, the first electric motor drives the traction drive. The disclosure furthermore relates to a corresponding drivetrain and to a work machine.

摘要: A method for forming poly(dimethoxymethane) includes a step of separating a formaldehyde-containing blend into a first bottom stream and a first top stream. The first formaldehyde-containing blend includes methanol, formaldehyde, and water while the first bottom stream includes water. The first top stream includes dimethoxymethane that is produced from the reaction between methanol and formaldehyde. The first top stream is separated into a second bottom stream and a second top stream. The second bottom stream includes poly(dimethoxymethane) while the second top stream includes dimethoxymethane, methanol, and ethanol. The second top stream is separated into a third bottom stream and a third top stream. Third bottom stream includes methanol and ethanol while the third top stream includes dimethoxymethane. The third top steam can be recycled to form additional poly(dimethoxymethane). A system that implements the method is also provided.

摘要: A transmission for a power train of a motor vehicle has a first stationary housing part having a first axial contact surface, a second stationary housing part, and a first sealing element on the second stationary housing part, the first sealing element being axially compressible. Additionally, the transmission includes a first planetary gear set including a planet carrier, at least one planet gear, a sun gear, and a ring gear. The planet carrier is fixed relative to one or both of the first stationary housing part and the second stationary housing part. One side of the planet carrier rests against the first axial contact surface, where the first sealing element acts on another side of the planet carrier to axially preload the planet carrier against the first axial contact surface to prevent the planet carrier from tilting relative to a rotation axis of the first planetary gear set.

摘要: A CVT belt cooling system is provided. The system includes a housing that retains within the housing a variable speed motor and a fan blade coupled to the variable speed motor. The system also includes an integrated microprocessor controller coupled to the housing and electrically coupled to the variable speed motor and coupled to a belt temperature sensor. The housing is configured to couple to a housing of a CVT to provide additional cooling air to the CVT belt. The temperature of a belt of the CVT is determined by the belt temperature sensor and based on the determined temperature, and the integrated microprocessor controller controls the speed of the motor and thereby the speed of the fan to control the amount of additional cooling air flowing into the CVT to cool the belt.
