    摘要: In a method of repairing a structural component, especially a stator-side structural component such as a housing or a guide vane ring of a gas turbine, a damaged section is separated-out along a separating line and removed from the structural component, and a new section that replaces the removed damaged section is connected with the structural component by welding along the separating line to produce a weld seam. The damaged section is separated-out from the structural component so as to minimize the length of the separating line and thus the weld seam. Depending on the material thickness distribution of the component along the separating line, material is removed from the structural component to provide the most uniform possible material thickness along the weld seam. After connecting the new section with the structural component by welding, at least the removed material is renewed by laser powder deposit welding.

Corresponding connecting surfaces of the rotor blade, the rotor blade part, the rotor support or the rotor blade connection of the rotor support are joined by inductive high-frequency pressure welding. In this case, at least one rotor blade or rotor blade part is automatically supplied from at least one rotor blade reservoir and/or rotor blade part reservoir and, in addition, the rotor support is automatically positioned in such a way that the connecting surfaces to be joined are positioned precisely with respect to one another for the joining process.

    摘要: A method is provided for producing a sealing segment for use in compressor and turbine components, by powder injection molding, the method comprising the following steps: a) preparing a first homogeneous mixture of a metal powder or a mixture of metal powders or a ceramic powder or a mixture of ceramic powders and at least one binding agent; b) producing a first molded article by injection molding the first mixture; c) preparing a second homogeneous mixture of a metal powder or a mixture of metal powders or a ceramic powder or a mixture of ceramic powders and at least one binding agent, the second mixture being selected to exhibit a lower abrasion resistance than the first mixture following a subsequent joint sintering process; d) producing a second molded article as a rub strip by injection molding the second mixture; and e) joining the first and second molded articles to produce the sealing segment. A sealing segment is also provided for use in compressor and turbine components, composed of at least one first molded article as a base element and at least one second molded article having lower abrasion resistance than the first molded article, as a rub strip, the first and the second molded articles each being produced by powder injection molding.

    摘要: A method is available for repairing metallic components such as gas turbines, which have mechanically weight-carrying grooves, where the longitudinal edges of the grooves which exist on the component surface are largely in a plane and their actual contour deviates, at least locally, due to removal and/or displacement the component material from the desired contour. The method begins with abrasive blasting of the groove surfaces, followed by closing of the open groove ends by build-up welding, and subsequent filling of the grooves with soldering powder. The soldering powder is heated to liquefaction, then cooled and solidified in a vacuum, and the desired contour of the groove is then machined.
