Abstract:
A centrifugal compressor includes first and second impellers coupled to opposite ends of a drive shaft. Each impeller includes a hub with a plurality of blades on a front face. The blades compress a fluid, while forcing the fluid off an outer periphery of the hub. At least one of the impellers includes a plurality of uniformly shaped pressure attenuating grooves provided around its outer periphery. The pressure attenuating grooves reduce an axial load applied to the impeller, and act to balance the overall resultant axial load applied to the drive shaft by the two impellers, thereby reducing wear on thrust bearings engaging the rotating drive shaft.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a turbo compressor which is capable of minimizing deformation of construction parts which may occur in welding or after welding and simplifying the manufacture and assembly by forming the outer diameter of a driving shaft so as to be stepped and joining the construction parts with bolts and pins. The turbo compressor in accordance with the present invention comprises a sealed container having separate inlets on each end, a first bearing housing and a second bearing housing and a driving motor installed inside of the sealed container, a driving shaft with its both ends separately inserted-penetrates through holes in the first and second bearing housings, a sealing member fixedly joined to the first bearing housing, a radial supporting member for supporting the driving shaft in the radial direction, first and second impellers and first and second diffuser members fixedly connected to the both ends of the driving shaft, an interconnection pipe for connecting the inlets, and an axial supporting member for supporting the driving shaft in the axial direction.
Abstract:
A turbo compressor is disclosed. The compressor includes a hermetically sealed shell, a motor chamber formed at a center portion of the shell, a driving motor installed in the motor chamber, a driving shaft engaged with the driving motor having its one end inserted into a first compression chamber and its other end inserted into a second compression chamber with said first and second compression chambers being formed at both sides of the shell, first and second impellers disposed in the first and second compression chambers in a face-to-face form and rotatably engaged with both ends of the driving shaft, and a gas flow path through which a refrigerant gas is sucked for thereby first compressing the gas in the first compression chamber and discharging to the second compression chamber for thereby implementing a small size compressor, decreasing the number of parts and increasing a compression efficiency.
Abstract:
Provided is a liquid composition for treating stomatitis, the liquid composition including: an epidermal growth factor; an adhesive polymer; and at least one stabilizer selected from the group consisting of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and salts thereof, histidine, lysine and inorganic acid salts thereof, arginin and inorganic acid salts thereof, and dextran. The liquid composition includes a stabilizer selected from EDTA (or salts thereof) and a certain amino acid (or inorganic acid salts thereof) and thus, physicochemical and biological stability of the epidermal growth factor can be substantially increased. Thus, the liquid composition can be stored and distributed for a long period of time. The stabilized composition includes an adhesive polymer, and thus, when ejected in a spray form in the mouth of a user, the liquid composition can be quickly attached to an inflammation site and exhibits effectiveness for a long period of time.
Abstract:
A wireless communication system that includes a relay node is disclosed. The relay node supporting carrier aggregation (CA) comprises a first antenna for performing communication with a base station through a backhaul link; a plurality of backhaul link radio frequency (RF) chains connected with the first antenna, for transmitting and receiving a radio signal for backhaul link transmission; a second antenna for performing communication with a user equipment through an access link; a plurality of access link RF units connected with the second antenna, for transmitting and receiving a radio signal for access link transmission; and a control unit controlling the plurality of backhaul link RF chains and the plurality of access link RF chains to share at least a part of RF components between the backhaul link RF chains and the access link RF chains.
Abstract:
A method is disclosed for, at a base station (BS), controlling transmit power of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. This includes checking BS-specific maximum transmit power information, applying Additive-Maximum Power Reduction (A-MPR) corresponding to a legacy UE to the BS-specific maximum transmit power so as to generate BS-specific maximum transmit power information for the legacy UE, and broadcasting the BS-specific maximum transmit power information for the legacy UE.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A display device has a cover window that is light, has good resistance against external impact, and is capable of being processed with various shapes. A display device according to the present invention includes: a display panel including a display area and a non-display area; and a cover window positioned at the front side of the display panel and including a transparent area corresponding to the display area and a non-transparent area corresponding to the non-display area, wherein the cover window includes a cover window main body formed with the transparent area and the non-transparent area, and a transparent protection layer formed at the front surface of the cover window main body. The transparent protection layer extends to the rear surface corresponding to at least a portion of the non-transparent area of the cover window main body.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nanoliposome comprising a liposome membrane containing esterified lecithin, and one or more physiologically active ingredients included in inner space of the liposome membrane; a method for preparing the same; and a composition for preventing or treating skin diseases, comprising the same. The nanoliposome according to the present invention has long-term stability and uniformity, and so can be used to prepare a composition for skin having excellent moisturizing and penetrating properties, such as cosmetics, medicament for treating skin diseases, or the like. In particular, the present composition for preventing or treating skin diseases comprises epidermal growth factor included in the nanoliposome, thereby showing an excellent effect of stimulating skin-penetration and good pharmaceutical stability. Also, the esterified lecithin used in preparing liposome can provide effects of softening skin and stimulating skin-penetration, thereby enhancing the penetration of epidermal growth factor and natural extract into skin, as well as additional moisturizing effect which is advantageous in treating skin diseases. Further, since the present composition comprises nanoliposome prepared by containing esterified lecithin in liposome membrane, the conventional problems of heating and dispersing active ingredients at high temperature (70° C. or more), low stability and uniformity, or the like can be solved.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal having security diagnosis functionality and a method of making a diagnosis on the security of the mobile terminal are provided. The mobile terminal includes a system check unit, an interface unit, a blacklist check unit, and a security diagnosis unit. The system check unit collects the basic information of the mobile terminal by performing a system check on the mobile terminal. The interface unit provides the basic information of the mobile terminal to a user and receives a control command from the user. The blacklist check unit checks whether at least one application installed in the mobile terminal is present in a blacklist registered on a server. The security diagnosis unit checks whether an abnormality has occurred in the corresponding application based on results of the comparison between the basic information of the mobile terminal with preset abnormality detection reference information and the control command.
