Abstract:
A chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) apparatus provides for polishing semiconductor wafers and for conditioning the polishing pad of the CMP apparatus using multiple conditioning disks at the same time. The conditioning disks may be moved together or independently along the surface of polishing pad to condition the entire surface of the rotating polishing pad.
Abstract:
An apparatus for auto white balance includes a histogram generation unit writing respective histograms of Cb values and Cr values with regard to pixels included in an input image frame, a single-tone determination unit comparing respective maximum values of the histograms of Cb values and Cr values with a first threshold value, and determining the input image frame as a single-tone image if at least one of the maximum values is higher than the first threshold value, and an auto white balance gain computation unit computing and an auto white balance gain by using color information of an input image frame and outputting the computed auto white balance gain, wherein if the input image frame is determined to be a single-tone image, the auto white balance gain computation unit outputs an auto white balance gain computed with respect to a previous input image frame.
Abstract:
A wireless Internet service access method and apparatus thereof is disclosed. In one embodiment, the method eliminates the complexity to access the corresponding site and allows for a mobile terminal to directly access the corresponding site with the use of a special code such as a number or character.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an organic photoelectric device and a material used therein. The organic photoelectric device includes a substrate, an anode disposed on the substrate, a hole transport layer (HTL) disposed on the anode, an emission layer disposed on the hole transport layer (HTL), and a cathode disposed on the emission layer. The emission layer is characterized in that it includes a host and a phosphorescent dopant, and the host has a difference between the reduction potential or oxidation potential of the host and the reduction potential or oxidation potential of the phosphorescent dopant of less than 0.5 eV. The organic photoelectric device according to the present invention is capable of accomplishing higher efficiency and a lower driving voltage than those of the conventional organic photoelectric device, and has a simplified structure resulting in saving of manufacturing cost.
Abstract:
Provided is a system and method for controlling a semiconductor manufacturing equipment by means of a user interface. The control system connects at least one controller through a network to a plurality of semiconductor manufacturing equipments. The controller includes a superordinate controller such as a host for remote control and a subordinate controller such as a cluster tool controller. The controller includes a user interface application for controlling, monitoring and managing the semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The user interface application provides a navigation menu in one side region of a screen to display menus, accessed by a user, in the order of history. The navigation menu is provided in the type of menu bars corresponding to the menus accessed by the user. The navigation menu is configured to automatically store data corrected by the user, prior to conversion to another menu. The menus accessed by the user can be rapidly selected by means of the user interface, and the loss of the corrected data in the accessed menu can be prevented.

In one aspect, there is a system, which includes: a first data transceiver receiving audio and time information related to the broadcast content from a mobile communication terminal; an information analyser determining a broadcast program containing the audio information, using the audio and time information, and generating the determined broadcast content information extraction command; and a broadcast content information mapper reading broadcast content information related to the determined broadcast program from a database storing the broadcast content information, where the broadcast content provider server provides the read broadcast content information to the mobile communication terminal. In another aspect, a method of receiving broadcast content information includes transmitting audio and time information related to the audio information to the broadcast content provider server, and receiving a broadcast content information from the broadcast content provider server.
Abstract:
A method of allowing a network communication service user (subscriber) to receive a desired network communication service with a constant (the same) quality regardless of being in a wired or wireless communication environment based on a single service level agreement (SLA) of the subscriber is provided. The method of providing the network communication service with the constant quality regardless of the wired or wireless network environment includes: (a) setting a call control policy for a service so that an SLA (service level agreement) of a network communication service user is available for the wired or wireless network; (b) determining whether the user accesses the network through the wired or wireless network; (c) determining whether the user is a wired network home user or a wired network guest user when the user accesses the network through the wired network; and (d) providing a network communication service requested by the user based on the call control policy based on the determination result of (b) and (c) for the user.
