    摘要: A memory device capable of rescuing defective characteristics that occur after packaging includes a memory cell array including a plurality of memory cells and an antifuse circuit unit including at least one antifuse. The antifuse circuit unit stores a defective cell address of the memory cell array in the at least one antifuse and reads the defective cell address to an external source. The antifuse circuit unit stores a defective characteristic code in the at least one antifuse, wherein the defective characteristic code is related to at least one of a timing parameter spec., a refresh spec., an input/output (I/O) trigger voltage spec., and a data training spec. of the memory device, and outputs the defective characteristic code to an external source.

    摘要: An in-situ gettering method for removing impurities from the surface and interior of a upgraded metallurgical grade silicon wafer is continuously conducted in a reaction chamber. Chloride gas is mixed with carrier gas. The gaseous mixture is used to clean the surface of the silicon wafer. Then, the gaseous mixture is used to form a porous structure on the surface of the silicon wafer before hot annealing is executed. Finally, the gaseous mixture is used to execute hot etching on the surface of the silicon wafer and remove the porous structure from the surface of the silicon wafer. As the chloride gas is used to clean the surface of the silicon wafer and form the porous structure on the surface of the silicon wafer, external gettering is improved. Moreover, interstitial-type metal impurities are effectively removed from the interior of the silicon wafer.

    摘要: In an FSC mode LCD, a controller operates in response to an external adjustment, and a DC/DC converter converts a battery voltage into a driving voltage under control of the controller. A color LED backlight includes first, second and third color LED arrays connected in parallel, which are operated by the driving voltage. An FSC generator generates first, second and third color PWM signals according to an internal sawtooth voltage and a dimming voltage. A 3-channel current source generates first, second and third driving currents under control of the controller, and on/off switches paths of the first, second and third driving currents flowing through the first, second and third color LED arrays according to the first, second and third color PWM signals generated from the FSC generator, thereby adjusting luminance of the first, second and third color LED arrays of the color LED backlight.
