Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method for requesting approval of a card payment and processing a calculation, by using a mobile terminal of a mobile card holder, wherein: in payment information exchange between a calculation terminal operated by a merchant and a mobile terminal of a card holder, when a display device of the store calculation terminal displays a two-dimensional bar code including information, such as payment details, without wired or wireless data communication connection, payment detail information is conveniently and safely transmitted through simply photographing the two-dimensional bar code by using a camera module built in the mobile terminal of the card holder; and a request for approval of a card payment is finally achieved using the mobile terminal of the card holder, thereby improving convenience of using mobile payment service through easy and safe payment without providing card information of a card holder to the outside.

Abstract: Methods, a Base Station (BS), and a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system for transmitting and receiving control information are provided. The method for transmitting control information by a BS in a wireless communication system includes receiving information related to a signal transmitted by a second BS that the second BS which is a neighboring BS of the first BS, determining whether a second UE using an identical resource to that used by a first UE included in a cell of the first BS exists within a cell of the second BS based on the received information, when the second UE exists, generating control information for controlling a signal transmitted to the second UE by the second BS based on the received information, and transmitting the generated control information to the first UE through a control channel.

Abstract: Devices, methods, user equipment (UE), base stations, storage media, and other embodiments are provided for a dynamic random access channel (RACH). In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a memory configured to store a configuration communication from a base station, the configuration communication comprising a dynamic dedicated random access channel (RACH) configuration (RACH-ConfigDedicated) information element, the RACH-ConfigDedicated information element comprising a plurality of dedicated random access parameters. Processing circuitry coupled to the memory is then configured to decode the configuration communication from the base station to identify the plurality of dedicated random access parameters and set up a RACH procedure for connection to the base station using the plurality of dedicated random access parameters. In various embodiments, different communications may be used for the dedicated random access parameters which are used in the RACH procedure.

Abstract: A driver IC device includes a correction function having a unit-block setting unit for dividing pixels of a display panel into preset units so as to set the same as a plurality of unit-blocks; a correction route (LUT) setting unit for setting a LUT having a plurality of sub-regions arranged in the same form in response to an arrangement of the pixels included in the unit-blocks set through the unit-block setting unit; a storage unit for storing the LUT set through the LUT setting unit, and storing respective gain values and offset values for the plurality of unit-blocks set through the unit-block setting unit; a changing unit for changing an input value (input gray) inputted to the pixels of the display panel, by using the gain values and offset values stored in the storage unit; and a correction output unit for generating a correction output value (output gray) of the pixels in the unit-blocks of the display panel by using a change value obtained through the changing unit and a coordinate value of the LUT set through the LUT setting unit.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a snorkeling mask. The snorkeling mask includes: goggles configured to enable a wearer to see underwater while surrounding the facial region of the wearer; a snorkel configured such that one end thereof is connected to the mouth of the wearer and the other end thereof is exposed out of a water surface; and a connection tube configured to connect the goggles and the snorkel to each other so that the insides of the goggles and the snorkel communicate with each other, and configured such that a portion thereof is inserted into the snorkel to a predetermined length. When an inspiratory breath of the wearer passes over the inserted portion of the connection tube while passing through the inside of the snorkel and being discharged to an outside, moisture inside the goggles passes through the connection tube and is discharged to the outside according to Bernoulli's principle.
