Abstract: The present invention relates to newly identified nucleic acid molecules and polypeptides present in normal and neoplastic lung cells, including fragments, variants and derivatives of the nucleic acids and polypeptides. The present invention also relates to antibodies to the polypeptides of the invention, as well as agonists and antagonists of the polypeptides of the invention. The invention also relates to compositions containing the nucleic acid molecules, polypeptides, antibodies, agonists and antagonists of the invention and methods for the use of these compositions. These uses include identifying, diagnosing, monitoring, staging, imaging and treating lung cancer and non-cancerous disease states in lung, identifying lung tissue, monitoring and identifying and/or designing agonists and antagonists of polypeptides of the invention. The uses also include gene therapy, production of transgenic animals and cells, and production of engineered lung tissue for treatment and research.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a network-based method and system for filtering a junk message. The method includes the following procedures: word-segmenting a target message to obtain characteristic elements within the target message; obtaining probabilities of the characteristic elements in the target message according to a predefined keyword library, the keyword library being updated periodically; and accumulating the probabilities of the characteristic elements in the target message, comparing accumulated probabilities with a predetermined threshold, and concluding the target message is a junk message if the result is greater than the predetermined threshold. Using a predefined keyword library for verification of a target message avoids time delay and system resource waste caused by massive and complicated computations during message verification in existing technologies, thus satisfying the requirement of real-time filtering of junk messages.
