    摘要: In a boiling water reactor controlling each control rod hydraulically by driving a solenoid valve, the control system comprises an operation control means 41 having a duplicated data processing unit for generating sequence patterns based on the timing of the driving sequence based on the control information provided manually, a transmission control means 42 for creating a command word corresponding to each control rod being controlled based on said sequence pattern, and mutually communicating each command word between duplicated data processing units and computing the AND logic of said data within a predetermined time difference, and when the computed result coincide, transmitting the selected command word serially; a transmission unit 32 for receiving said command word and performing protocol conversion thereto, and transmitting the same to a plurality of transmission branch units positioned downstream as the control command; and a solenoid valve drive circuit 31 for driving the control rod drive unit corresponding to each rod branched from said transmission branch units.

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition which contains phosphorus-free flame-retardant(s), has an excellent impact resistance, an excellent heat resistance as well as an excellent moldability, and can satisfy a severe flammability level. According to the present invention, there is provided a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition which comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 0.01-5 parts by weight of an organic sulfonic acid metal salt, (C) 0.01-5 parts by weight of a fluorinated polyolefin, (D) 0.2-20 parts by weight of a diene-containing multi-layered polymer, and wherein the content of a phosphorus-containing flame-retardant is less than 0.5 parts by weight.

    摘要: Between an IC card (1) and a electronic ticket server (2), upon purchasing an electronic ticket a public key cryptosystem is employed for a mutual authentication to keep a strict security, and a shared secret between the electronic ticket and a ticket collecting machine is sent on a secure channel as well as the electronic ticket. Upon usage of the electronic ticket, the IC card (1) and the ticket collecting machine (6) mutually judge whether they carry out the mutual authentication by using a public key cryptosystem or a symmetric key cryptosystem. When they determine to use the symmetric key cryptosystem, they carry out the mutual authentication by using the shared secret exchanged beforehand. When they determine to use the public key cryptosystem, they carry out the mutual authentication by using the same method as that used upon purchasing the electronic ticket. This method of mutual authentication can dynamically switch cryptosystems for cryptographic communication between the IC cards or between the IC card and a tamper resistant device having an equivalent function to an IC card installed in related servers or the ticket collecting machine, based on their judgment of the types of bearers, the required degree of security and the required processing speed.
