    摘要: A battery connection plate a manufacturing method therefor is provided. A terminal and a busbar are insert-molded in the plate body. The terminal is screw-connected to an electrode of a battery with a nut. The terminal is provided with a hole portion and a projecting portion having an opening communicating with the hole portion, and the opening faces in the screwing direction of the nut. Otherwise, the plate body is provided with a pin portion and projections arranged on both sides of the pin portion, and the terminal is provided with a through hole for the pin portion. The projection are positioned adjacently to both sides of the terminal, and the terminal is secured to the plate body by melting the pin portion and the projections and by transforming them. The terminal body is formed integrally with the busbar with use of a metal sheet, and the busbar is formed by double-folding back the metal sheet, wherein the terminal body is connected to the busbar through a narrow portion. The plate body is provided with a pair of guide walls having respective slit-like insertion-fixing portions to receive the electric wire connected to the terminal, and a groove portion for arranging the electric wires is formed between the guide walls.

    摘要: A fluid delivery device according to the present invention has a fluid delivery device body and an electrochemical cell portion for generating a gas when supplied with a DC current. The fluid delivery device body has a partition member transformable by the pressure of a gas, and a gas introduction portion. A first compartment and a second compartment are formed in the fluid delivery device body by the partition member, and a gas generated in the electrochemical cell portion is introduced into the second compartment through the gas introduction portion. A transformable fluid reservoir having a fluid delivery portion is disposed in the first compartment. If the gas generated in the electrochemical cell portion is introduced into the second compartment, the inner pressure of the second compartment increases, and the partition member is pushed, so that a fluid in the fluid reservoir disposed in the first compartment is delivered from the fluid delivery portion.

    摘要: A plunger operated switch having a normally closed pair of contacts and a normally open pair of contacts, the normally closed pair of contacts including a movable contact carried on the free end of a first cantilevered resilient leaf member biased to separate the contacts, the normally open pair of contacts including a movable contact carried on the free end of a second cantilevered resilient leaf member biased to bring the contacts together. An actuator projection on the plunger bears against the first leaf member at a location substantially aligned with the contact thereon, and a further actuator on the plunger bears against the free end of the second resilient leaf member. The plunger is biased to urge the normally closed pair of contacts closed and the normally open pair of contacts open by a spring which is sufficiently strong to overcome the biases of the resilient leaf members.
