Abstract: A substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and an electronic device are provided. The substrate includes: a base substrate including a working region, and a non-working region outside of the working region, the non-working region including a peripheral circuit region near the working region and a non-circuit region away from the working region; a peripheral circuit in the peripheral circuit region; a common electrode lead in the non-working region; a common electrode; and a bridging conductive layer made of opaque conductive material in the non-working region and electrically connects the common electrode and the common electrode lead. An orthographic projection of the bridging conductive layer on the base substrate at least partially coincides with an orthographic projection of the peripheral circuit region on the base substrate, and bridging conductive layer is insulated from the peripheral circuit.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a shift register unit, a driving method thereof, and a device. The shift register unit includes an input circuit, a node control circuit, a first control output circuit, a second control output circuit and an output circuit. By providing the first control output circuit and the second control output circuit, the first control output circuit and the second control output circuit may operate alternately, so that the first control output circuit and the second control output circuit may have time for characteristics recovery respectively, thus improving the service life and output stability of the shift register unit.

Abstract: The present application discloses a display panel comprising a substrate, a transistor layer on the substrate, and a pixel-defining layer on a side of the transistor layer distal to the substrate to divide the display panel into a plurality of subpixel regions. At least one subpixel region includes a display sub-region and a light-sensitive sub-region. The display panel further includes a plurality of organic light-emitting diodes formed on the transistor layer respectively on the plurality of subpixel regions. Additionally, the display panel includes a plurality of pixel circuits formed in the transistor layer respectively on the plurality of subpixel regions. Each pixel circuit includes at least a display-driving sub-circuit coupled to one organic light-emitting diode. At least one pixel circuit in the at least one subpixel region includes a light-sensing sub-circuit formed on the light-sensitive sub-region and coupled to the display-driving sub-circuit formed on the display sub-region.

Abstract: A shift register unit, a driving method, a gate driving circuit and a display device are provided. The shift register unit includes a first gate driving output circuit and a second gate driving output circuit. The first gate driving output circuit is used to output a first gate driving signal through the first gate driving signal output terminal; the second gate driving output circuit is used to generate a second gate driving signal outputted simultaneously with the first gate driving signal based on the first gate driving signal, a first clock signal and a second clock signal. In the present disclosure, the second gate driving output circuit is added, the first gate driving signal, the first clock signal, and the second clock signal are used to generate an inverted second gate driving signal, so that positive and negative switching control signals are generated by one stage of shift register unit.
