    Abstract: A touch unit, a touch substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a flexible touch display device are disclosed. The touch unit comprises a composite graphene layer which at least comprises a first graphene layer and a second graphene layer. An inorganic material layer is disposed between the first graphene layer and the second graphene layer and reduces the impedance of the first graphene layer and the second graphene layer.
