Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a method for manufacturing the same and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate; light-emitting devices for displaying on the base substrate; driver thin film transistors on the base substrate for driving the light-emitting devices for displaying to emit light; optical fingerprint identification devices on the base substrate; and switch thin film transistors on the base substrate for controlling the optical fingerprint identification devices. The optical fingerprint identification devices are in a display area of the display substrate. Each film layer of each driver thin film transistor and a corresponding same film layer of each switch thin film transistor are in an identical layer and are made of the same material.

Abstract: A display substrate is provided with a setup region including an acquisition region and a transition region adjacent to the acquisition region. Abstract: An array substrate includes a substrate, a packaging layer, and at least one sensor. The packaging layer is over the substrate. Each sensor includes a sensing thin-film transistor and a sensing unit, electrically coupled with each other. The sensing thin-film transistor is between the package layer and the substrate, and the sensing unit is over a side of the package layer away from the substrate. The array substrate can also include a plurality of display thin-film transistors. The sensing thin-film transistor in each sensor can be at substantially same film layers, or of a same structure and a same type, as each display thin-film transistor.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a display substrate, a driving method thereof and a display device. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor includes: a base substrate; a driving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to transmit an ultrasonic signal; a receiving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to receive the ultrasonic signal reflected by a finger, and convert the ultrasonic signal into an electrical signal for determining fingerprint information, the driving structure and the receiving structure are provided in a same plane. Since the driving structure and the receiving structure of the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor of the present disclosure are in a same plane, the driving structure can be closer to the touch body (for example, a finger), which is advantageous for the ultrasonic waves generated by the driving structure to reach the finger to improve the touch accuracy.
