摘要: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for analyzing financial accounts of users, providing suggested financial actions, and automatically taking the financial actions by transforming the financial accounts or transactions of the users based on a life event of the users. Typically, the life event may be a marriage or a divorce. The occurrence of a life event may be determined by the transactions that users make, social network postings made by users, input into an application made by users, or like. After the determination of an occurrence of a life event, the finances of the users associated with the life event are analyzed and suggested financial actions are determined. The analysis of the finances and one or more proposed financial actions are presented to the users. A user selects one or more of the financial actions to implement and the proposed financial action is automatically initiated.

摘要: A system and related embodiments are presented that establishes a goal guarantee for a user that provides the user a guarantee of acquiring, at a future date, a life goal based on the user providing a predetermined funding amount over time to a life goal account. The life goal includes goods, real estate and/or services. The predetermined funding amount is determined based at least in part on a predicted future cost for the goal and an uncertainty calculation associated with the user. Once funds are accumulated in the life goal account, the invention provides for automatically reallocating funds in the life goal account from a higher uncertainty investment to a lower uncertainty investment in response to one or more predetermined triggering events, such as dates, amount thresholds, meeting predetermined price thresholds for the goal or components of the goal.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention provide instant customer service feedback during a communication session with the customer. The system initiate a video conference communication session between the customer and the business agent that comprises providing a multimedia interface between the agent and the customer that provides the agent and the customer with an audio and video feedback of one another. After initiating the video conference communication session, a customer feedback interface configured to receive feedback from the customer in real-time during the video conference communication session is presented on the display of the customers apparatus such that the system may receive, in real-time, feedback provided by the customer via the customer feedback interface.

摘要: Embodiments are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for providing user authentication based on historical user patterns. Embodiments receive from a user, a request to execute a user action associated with an application, wherein execution of the user action requires validation of authentication credentials; collect a set of data comprising information related to user patterns associated with the apparatus of the user; determine a user pattern score associated with the user; determine a level of authentication; determine which authentication types are associated with the level of authentication; request authentication credentials corresponding to the authentication types; receive authentication credentials from the user; validate the authentication credentials, thereby resulting in a successful validation of the authentication credentials; and in response to the successful validation, execute the user action.

摘要: Systems, apparatus, and computer program products provide for monitoring an area within or proximate to a place of business for digital signatures of mobile communication devices, such as cellular devices or wearable communication devices. The captured digital signatures are then matched to digital signatures associated with existing customers of the business to determine the presence of the existing customer within or proximate to the place of business. Once the presence of the existing customer within or proximate to the business is known, the business can access other relevant information, such as customer profile information, prior transaction/interaction information or the like to enhance the customer's current interaction with the business. Moreover, once the presence of the existing customer is known, location determining mechanisms may implemented to track the location of the known customer within or proximate to the place of business for the purpose of positively identifying the known customer.

摘要: An interaction and resource exchange system that provides authentication for a designated user to complete an interaction entered into by an initiating user. An initiating user is able to enter into interactions with third-parties and set one or more interaction limits and/or designated user requirements to allow a designated user to complete the interaction with the third-party should interaction limits and/or designated user requirements be met. The interaction limits and/or the designated user requirements allow for improved security related to these types of interactions and resource exchanges. In particular, the interaction and resource exchange may be implemented through a real-time resource exchange network that efficiently allows for the designated user to complete the interaction.
