    Abstract: A system for facilitating display of cardiac information includes a display device configured to present a cardiac map; and a processing unit configured to: receive electrical signals and indications of measurement locations corresponding to the electrical signals; generate, based on the electrical signals, the cardiac map, which includes annotations representing cardiac signal features; and determine a set of interesting cardiac signal features. The processing unit also may determine, based on the set of interesting cardiac signal features, a region of interest; and facilitate display, via the display device, of the cardiac map and a representation of the region of interest. The representation of the region of interest includes a first display parameter value that is different from a second display parameter value, where the second display parameter value is associated with at least one cardiac signal feature that is not included within the region of interest.

    Abstract: At least some aspects of the present disclosure is directed to a system for processing cardiac information. The system comprises a processing unit configured to: receive an activation waveform comprising a set of activation waveform data of a plurality of signal sections collected at a plurality of locations; receive a range of window size. The processing unit is further configured to: for each signal section of the plurality of signal sections, determine a set of confidence values, each confidence value corresponding to a window size, by iterating through a plurality of window sizes in the range of window size. The processing unit is further configured to determine one of a plurality of local cycle lengths for the each of the plurality of signal sections based on the selected window size and generate a local cycle length histogram based on the plurality of local cycle lengths.

    Abstract: A system including a catheter including multiple, spatially distributed electrodes configured to measure electrical signals of a heart, a system configured to determine a position of the electrodes at multiple, different catheter positions in the heart, and a processing unit for mapping electrical activity in the heart. The processing unit is configured to receive the measured electrical signals from each position of the multiple, different catheter positions and determine whether the measured electrical signals at the position are organized. If the measured electrical signals at the position are organized, the processing unit is configured to determine at least one of velocity vectors, cycle length, and degree of organization at the position from the measured electrical signals.

    Abstract: A system for facilitating display of cardiac mapping information includes a catheter having one or more electrodes that measure electrical signals in the heart, and a processing unit. The processing unit receives the electrical signals from the catheter and receives an indication of a measurement location corresponding to each signal. The processing unit extracts a set of features from the signals, where each feature includes a value corresponding to a metric. A three-dimensional grid is constructed, wherein each node of the grid corresponds to a physical point in three-dimensional space. The system identifies a set of electrical signals in a neighborhood associated with a node; determines, based on the set of features extracted from the set of electrical signals, a node value; associates the node value with the node; and facilitates presentation of a map corresponding to a cardiac surface based on the node value.
