Abstract: A virtualized blockchain forest includes a plurality of individual blockchains. Each individual blockchain of the plurality includes a blockchain height, a genesis block, and at least one additional block. The virtualized blockchain forest further includes a plurality of participating processors that make up a consensus pool, and a blockchain forest height having a time-sequenced start-to-finish length of blocks among the collective plurality of individual blockchains. The virtualized blockchain forest is configured to aggregate different ones of the plurality of individual blockchains, and is further configured to terminate individual ones of plurality of individual blockchains.

Abstract: A method for managing a post-hoc device registration in an ecosystem is provided. The method includes assembling an electronic device, having a system on a chip (SoC) integrated therein. The method further includes activating/onboarding the device, receiving, by a CA from the device, a communication containing at least one keypair, validating, from the CA to the device, the at least one keypair, triggering, by the CA, data capture of validation data. The validation data includes user registration data, and manufacture/status data for least one of the device and the SoC. The captured validation data is stored in a database of the CA, and then aggregated, along with the received at least one keypair, from the CA database into a billing invoice to the device assembler. The registration data is referenced to the at least one keypair and other validation data by the CA.

Abstract: A public key infrastructure (PKI) ecosystem includes a first organization computer system having a first processor, a first memory, and a first organization process including instructions that are (i) encoded in the first memory, and (ii) executable by the first processor. The ecosystem further includes a second organization computer system having a second processor and a second memory, a digital ledger, and domain name system security extensions (DNSSEC). When executed, the first instructions cause the first processor to create at least one public/private PKI keypair for a first domain name, in the DNSSEC, register the first domain name and create a certificate authority (CA), register the CA in the blockchain, using the CA, create a certificate for a first entity, register the certificate in the blockchain and/or the DNSSEC, and assert, to the second organization computer system, trust in the first entity based on the registered certificate.

Abstract: A wireless communication system includes an external provider subsystem and an electronic network subsystem in operable communication with the external provider subsystem. The electronic network subsystem is configured to provide a first microservice and a second microservice different from the first microservice. The wireless communication system further includes an in-home subsystem (i) separate from the external provider subsystem, (ii) in operable communication with the electronic network subsystem, and (iii) including a first micronet and a second micronet different from the first micronet. The first micronet is configured to operably interact with the first microservice, and the second micronet is configured to operably interact with the second microservice. The wireless communication system further includes at least one electronic device configured to operably connect with one of the first micronet and the second micronet.

Abstract: An association management system for establishing, maintaining, and monitoring associations between a personal identifier and an electronic device, includes a provider subsystem in operable communication with at least one of the personal identifier and the electronic device. The provider subsystem is configured to provision a person associated with the personal identifier, authenticate both of the personal identifier and the electronic device, and establish an association of the authenticated personal identifier to the authenticated electronic device. The system further includes a certificate authority subsystem for issuing at least one digital certificate to verify an identity of one or more digital entities operating on the management system, and a digital distributed ledger including a plurality of a consensus pool of participating processors. The digital distributed ledger is configured to verify, using the at least one digital certificate, transaction events of the association management system.

Abstract: An ecosystem for monitoring the status of a consumable good is provided. The ecosystem includes an identification registry configured to (i) store identifying information regarding a consumer, and (ii) associate the stored identifying information with a unique cryptographic consumer identifier. The ecosystem further includes a transaction registry configured to (i) receive a fulfillment order for a consumable good, and (ii) generate a unique cryptographic transaction identifier for fulfillment of the fulfillment order. The ecosystem further includes a fulfillment computer subsystem configured to (i) receive the fulfillment order, (ii) verify the consumer identifier, and (iii) validate the transaction identifier. The ecosystem further includes a distributed ledger configured to encode transaction details relating to the fulfillment order.

Abstract: An ecosystem for distributing digital content over an electronic communications network includes a content creator computer system having a processor and a memory configured to store raw digital content. The system further includes computer systems for content service and for a retailer, both in operable communication with the processor. The content service computer system is configured to receive the raw digital content and transmit packaged digital content. The retailer computer system is configured to receive the packaged digital content and display its availability to an electronic device of a user. The ecosystem further includes a blockchain in operable communication with the processor, and the content service and retailer computer systems. The blockchain is configured to verify a transfer of the packaged digital content from the content service system to the user, a payment from the user to the retailer, and an update with information regarding the verified transfer and payment.
