A photo-voltaic cell device includes a first electrode, an N-type doped silicon-rich dielectric layer, a P-type doped silicon-rich dielectric layer, and a second electrode. The N-type doped silicon-rich dielectric layer is disposed on the first electrode, and the N-type doped silicon-rich dielectric layer is doped with an N-type dopant. The P-type doped silicon-rich dielectric layer is disposed on the N-type doped silicon-rich dielectric layer, and the P-type doped silicon-rich dielectric layer is doped with a P-type dopant. The second electrode is disposed on the P-type doped silicon-rich dielectric layer. A display panel including the photo-voltaic cell device is also provided.

A liquid crystal display apparatus includes a liquid crystal display module, an integrated driving circuit, and a power supply circuit. The integrated driving circuit is used for driving the liquid crystal display module to display video frames according to a video signal. The integrated driving circuit includes a pulse width modulation (PWM) control circuit for generating N PWM signal sequentially, where N is a positive integer. The power supply circuit is employed to output N DC voltage signals sequentially. A part of the N DC voltage signals is applied to the liquid crystal display module and another part of the N DC voltage signals is applied to the integrated driving circuit.

A digital video signal processing device. A display memory stores a digital image signal. A scaler locates on a circuit board for adjusting image size corresponding to the digital image signal, and outputs a first display data. An LCD panel includes a plurality of display cells respectively coupled to corresponding data electrode and gate electrode, for displaying an image according to a second display data. An LCD driving circuit includes a data driver and a gate driver for respectively driving the corresponding data electrodes and gate electrodes. A gamma correction locates only on the circuit board for adjusting gamma values of the first display data and outputting the second display data according to the adjustment result.
Abstract:
An electronic label system and an operation method thereof are provided. The electronic label system includes a control unit and a plurality of electronic label units. The control unit is used for sending display information. The electronic label units are coupled to the control unit to receive the display information and display according to the corresponding display information, respectively. The electronic label units respectively output a plurality of state information to the control unit so that the control unit can monitor operation states of the electronic label units according to the state information.

A method for updating display image of an electrophoretic display panel and an electrophoretic display apparatus using the same are provided. In the aforementioned method, the gate lines of the electrophoretic display panel are divided into a first group and a second group. The display data related to pixels coupled to the gate lines of the first group need not to be updated. Furthermore, the display data related to at least one of the pixels coupled to the gate lines of the second group need to be updated. The first type gate pulses are provided to the gate lines of the first group respectively, and second type gate pulses are provided to the gate lines of the second group respectively. The second type gate pulse has a predetermined pulse width. The pulse width of the first type gate pulse is shorter than the predetermined pulse width.

A common voltage adjustment circuit. The common voltage adjustment circuit is applied in a liquid crystal display panel having a plurality of display units, coupled to a common electrode. The common voltage adjustment circuit has a first register, a second register, a first digital-to-analog converter, a second digital-to-analog converter, and a regulator. The common voltage adjustment circuit adjusts AC voltage and DC voltage of the common voltage and provides the adjusted common voltage to the common electrode.
