A distance between the symmetry axis and a junction of the inner refraction wall and the first optical surface is a first radius R1. A distance between the symmetry axis and a junction of the first outer surface and the second optical surface is a second radius R2. A distance between the symmetry axis and a junction of the second outer surface and the first outer surface is a third radius R3. The third radius R3 is greater than the second radius R2, and the second radius R2 is greater than or equal to the first radius R1.

    摘要: A light source module including an optical film and at least one light source unit is provided. The light source unit and the optical film enclose a space. The light source unit includes a reflecting device, at least one light bar, and a collimated unit. The reflecting device is disposed under the optical film. The light bar includes a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged along a third direction. The collimated unit extends along a direction parallel to the third direction and includes an upper reflective portion and a lower reflective portion. A shortest distance between one end of the lower reflective portion located adjacent to the reflecting device and the optical axis of the light-emitting elements along a second direction is defined as a first half light-emitting width, which is gradually increased along the third direction from a center portion of the collimated unit towards two sides thereof.

A DLP projector made thereby has a relatively lower manufacturing cost.

    摘要: An adjusting device for positioning an integration rod within an optical engine module is provided. The optical engine module includes a casing having four sidewalls defining an optical path. The integration rod is disposed in the optical path. Each sidewall has a screw hole. The adjusting device includes two adjusting screws extending through the screw holes in two adjacent sidewalls of the casing in order to abut against the integration rod, thereby adjusting the position of the integration rod in the optical path and two positioning screws extending through the screw holes in remaining two adjacent sidewalls of the casing to abut against the integration rod for immobilizing the integration rod within the casing.

    摘要: An optical projection apparatus includs an illumination system, a projection lens and a reflective light valve between the illumination system and the projection lens. The illumination system includes a first light source assembly, a second light source assembly, a first light integration rod, a second light integration rod and a dichroic mirror. A first light beam and a second light beam with different spectrum are provided by the first light source assembly and the second light source assembly, respectively. Moreover, the projection lens, the reflective light valve and the dichroic mirror are disposed on the transmission path of the first and the second light beam. The dichroic mirror allows the first light beam to pass through, and reflects the second light beam, to make the transmission path of the first and the second light beam identical.

    摘要: A light-source module includes an optical film and at least one light-source unit, which together enclose a space. The light-source unit includes a reflective assembly, a light-concentrating unit and at least one light-emitting assembly. The light-concentrating unit has a light exiting end and a light incidence end, and the light exiting end faces the space enclosed by the light-source unit and the optical film. The optical-axis direction of the light-emitting assembly is defined as a first direction, and the direction perpendicular to both the first direction and the optical film is defined as a second direction. The length of the light-concentrating unit in the first direction is defined as a light-concentrating distance, the width of the light exiting end in the second direction is defined as a light exiting width, and the ratio of the light-concentrating distance over the light exiting width is greater than 0.5 but less than 10.
